Yes! Although it is elastic tape, it is used on muscles. It's not a good idea to keep an ankle tape on your ankle.
This tape is used to treat lymph nodes - If you've had breast cancer and had your lymph nodes removed, your arm may swell. When I went to rehab, they showed me how to apply the tape to my chest and reverse the lymph node flow - It's actually effective. My daughter is now using it for muscle injuries as well.
That's how I use it, and it works well for me. I place the tape under the toe, then slam my foot against the floor to flatten it, then pull hard and criss-cross the toe. To keep my toe up, I cross the tape across the top of my foot. I've been doing this for years, and it's sometimes good enough that I can go a few weeks without using the tape!
Not in the least. It's done with a gentle pull. If used on body hair, it may cause some discomfort; however, there is no need to remove it in the shower. To speed up the drying process, pat with a towel.

I've always avoided using the word "non-" when referring to people. "Athletic tape" is a flexible material that can be used in many different ways. I decided to tape my thumb with this 1 inch product. It stays on my hands for a long time, even after I wash them a couple of times. I would have given it five stars if there was a way to remove the backing from the tape other than cutting it. Some products, I believe, have "cross cuts" along the backing to make them easier to pull apart, but this one did not. As a result, it can't be a common occurrence. In the future, I'll be on the lookout for this feature.
My skin was scraped away by the tape. As seen in the illustration. I like that it didn't leave any residue on my skin, but I didn't like having a layer of skin removed from my face. The tape has excellent functionality. It holds up well and is adaptable. I'm not interested in having my skin removed. I would not buy it again.
To avoid catching clothing and premature peeling, trim the tape for rounded corners and smoothness.
Aches and pains are relieved with the tape. I suffer from severe arthritis in both hands, and this tape helps to alleviate the discomfort. I'm not sure how it works, but it relieves the pain in my stiff, aching hands. I have shoulder and neck pain, and this magical tape has been a lifesaver for me! The only thing I don't like about it is that it comes off as soon as it gets wet. This is due to the fact that I hold it in my hands. It will last a few days if used in a location where it will not be constantly wet. In any case, it is extremely beneficial to me! I'm thankful I was able to find such assistance.
This works well, but adhesion requires a lot of "rubbing. " It will slip if you don't. I would have reordered Body Sport Physio Tape if it had been available, but it was not. Because this is "the original" product created by a world-renowned company, I expected it to be as good as, if not better than, a well-known physician, but it was not the case.
She assured me that it would assist me in keeping my toe straight until surgery could be performed. Amazon has it for sale. It was a lot less expensive than going to my podiatrist's office.
The exact same thing happened to me, and it didn't stick in the least. I was just sitting there watching a movie when it started to peel off. Some people may not be able to use this item. That isn't me. It is beneficial to my situation. The only regret I have is that I wish Amazon had shown me all of the sizes you have because I would not have bought the style I did if I had seen all of the sizes you have. I guess I lost out because I'm not very good with all of today's new ways of doing things.
