Yes, 3M Micropore is supple and easy to work with. Personally, I use it to keep my feeding tube, which I've had for about 16 months, taped in place. I've tried a few different tapes and this one has proven to be the most effective in terms of preventing skin rashes and bleeding.

Other than a very faint odor, I don't really notice anything. There was no discernible difference. I also took a whiff of the ones in the box. No odor. And my nose is extremely sensitive!
It's only the rolls that are different. There isn't one available.

I use this product for mycology and double-seal plastic grain jar lids by placing a small piece of tape over the inside and outside of the lid where holes are located to prevent moisture from entering the outer layer of micropore tape when shaking. There have been no issues with lost adhesion or contamination, and this gives FAE control a lot more flexibility than syringe filters. I strongly suggest it.
I had some Micropore left over from a few years ago. The new tape, in my opinion, falls short in one crucial area: adhesive residue. The old tape didn't leave any residue, but it stayed in place just as well. It's also possible that the old stuff will be a little easier to get rid of. I bought this tape after having a bad experience with an older CPAP / mouth taping tape. The cardboard tube's logo imprint is a darker blue than the new tape's baby blue. What exactly did you do, 3M?.
I was dealing with an infection that necessitated changing bandages twice a day and the use of adhesive tape, which made my leg very sore after a while. I had never heard of this tape before, and it works wonders without causing any bruising or soreness. It's something I wish I'd known about earlier. I've already used 6 rolls and I'm not in the least bit sore! I'm hoping my leg heals quickly so I won't have to use it as much and can just keep it on hand:.
Despite this, the adhesive was extremely irritating to the skin. If you're in a pinch and don't have any other options, this will suffice. Otherwise, there's no point in bothering. (I suffer from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which causes hypermobility. ) Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is a condition in which Our skin is known for being sensitive and fragile. This is a product that I do not recommend. ).
This is what I use to grow mushrooms in. This tape is great for keeping contaminants out during the inoculation stage, but if you're looking for tape for mushrooms, any brand of *paper* tape will work, not just 3M brand. Anyway, it does what I need it to do. It's all good.
This is a fantastic set of surgical tape. I bought it to line my hats so that they don't get dirty from my makeup or sweat. It works well and adheres well, as well as being breathable. Thank you very much, this is a fantastic set with a large number of them. Some went into my medical cabinet, while others went into my book bag for my hat.
When it comes to dry skin, I prefer this tape to bandages. It adheres to the cuts and cracks and breathes, allowing air and moisture to enter while preventing further tearing. This cost about a buck per roll, so it's a name brand, a good product, made in the United States, and as cheap as a dollar store roll.
This tape comes in handy for cuts on my fingers, as well as when they crack due to overwashing and in the winter. Rather than falling off like bandaids, it sticks well and makes an easy bandage. I've been using this product for a long time and have always been pleased with it.
