Do you have a habit of taking a breath through your mouth at night? I pull a single 4-inch piece of paper from the stack
5/5

At night, I cut a one-inch strip and place it over my mouth. At night, mouth breathing is completely eliminated. I looked into the drawbacks of mouth breathing as well as the advantages of nasal breathing. This tape has aided in persuading people that the claims are true. I feel rested when I wake up. Dry mouth and throat are no longer an issue. It also aids in the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. I'll also be keeping an eye on my dental health and possibly my GERD. BTW. I was worried that the tape would stick to everything - As a result, I simply double over a half centimeter, giving me something to grab onto.

This is fantastic material
5/5

I tape my mouth shut while sleeping with a single strip of this. br>The tape is thin, flexible, and has a strong adhesive. br>When I pull the tape off, the adhesive leaves no residue.

The Best in the Business
5/5

As a retired R. D. , I'd like to express my gratitude to all , I can confidently state that 3M Micropore tape (commonly referred to as "paper tape") is the best available. I bought some more paper tape, but it didn't stick very well and was almost see-through; not good! br>This tape is very easy to tear. You can even cut it if you're a little OCD. br>If you have sensitive skin, then this is the tape for you. It's also available in two sizes: 2" and 2".

Mouth taping is a great way to get a good night's rest
5/5

My skin is sensitive, and I have a hard time with fragrances. This tape is very soft, but it has a good grip! I'm looking forward to starting mouth taping at night to help me get a better night's sleep!.

There is an unpleasant odor

The 3M Micropore Surgical Tape 1530-A is the subject of this review. 12 in. (1 in. ) rolls x 10 yds. Engoloids Medical sent it to me on January 19, 2021. 1) I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor when I opened the box. I've been using 3M Micropore Surgical Tape for a long time and it's never given me any problems. The box's exterior does not have a strong odor, but the tape and the inside of the box do. br>br>2) The tape is not labeled as "hypoallergenic" on the box. br>br>3) The outside of the box I received does not match the images on the Amazon offering page. br>br>4) I emailed the seller, Engoloids Medical, and received a prompt response. They stated that they get the product directly from the manufacturer and provided a link to a 3M webpage displaying the new packaging. So I'm guessing it's a 3M issue. Because I had opened the package, Engoloids Medical refused to accept a return. They provided no refund or assistance in resolving the issue. br>br>5) "Does this tape have an odor?" was a question I asked. " on this and another similar offer from a different seller. "No" or "None that I noticed" has been answered by 12 people. br>br>6) When ordering this product in the future, I will ensure that Amazon is the shipper, if not also the seller. This may make it easier to solve problems.

I've noticed a significant difference in my sleep quality
5/5

These are ideal for taping the inside of the mouth. When I take them off, there is sometimes residue left behind, but it is easily removed. It only stings a little when you take it out of your mouth. My only suggestion is to tape your mouth completely shut when doing so. This is because if you leave it slightly open and moisture gets in, the adhesive will stick to your skin even more, and when you remove the tape, it will rip apart on your skin, forcing you to pick at the residue. Apart from that, this is an excellent product.

Repeat User's Strong Recommendation I have skin cancer surgery on a regular basis, and I've been using this paper tape for years
5/5

It's fantastic for my skin, which has thinned with age as is to be expected. The paper tape adheres well, but not so well that it pulls the skin and causes bleeding or pain. br>br>Because the paper tape my dermatologist uses is too sticky and causes my skin to bruise and hurt when removed, I now bring this tape in for my surgeries, as it is used by my dermatologist's nurse. My dermatologist recently inquired as to where I got the tape. br>br>This box's price is significantly lower than the $3. My local CVS charges $95 for this item. br>br>I'm currently on my second box. Anyone with thin, prone-to-tear skin should use this product.

It's a Must-Have Tool for Diverse Applications! Do you have issues with mouth breathing and myofunctional issues? If that's the case, then this is the item for you
5/5

The use of "mouth taping" techniques, such as 3M micropore tape, is essential for successful nasal breathing retraining. br>br>I'm not familiar with this training tool for getting rid of unsightly and unhealthy mouth breathing. Then look up "mouth taping" on YouTube, where you'll find several videos on the subject. Even better, do a Google search for "nose breathing vs. mouth breathing" to learn why breathing through your nose is such a beneficial habit. br>br>We also use this tape to conduct sleep apnea testing at home using our portable devices - This tape is great for holding a pulse oximeter and nasal airflow canula tubing in place so they don't move around and cause poor data quality. br>br>Even for first-aid purposes, highly recommended!.
