The trampoline mat tore within 3 weeks after only being used for 3 weeks. Poor service. Won't back up their product. Skybound has been notified of these pictures and a warranty claim has been filed. Rather than replacing it, they refused to do so Our use of the product after it ripped was deemed to have void the warranty. The idea that they would not make things right with their customer is absurd. Their product failed, and their excuse is flimsy. My mat broke so now I must buy a new one and search for an alternative store.

As we were in need of a replacement mat for our trampoline, I did extensive research and found many brands and places to purchase a new mat from. After looking at a number of different places and brands, I went ahead My wife and I have owned it for a year and we are very happy I received the item quickly and it was well packaged. I had no trouble installing it and it fit just fine! It is of great quality and we have not encountered any problems with it thus far! This was also the best price for the replacement mat I could find. The sled has been buried in snow, has been used by 10+ children, has been pushed 400+ pounds, and it still works and looks great. The ball bounces well. though I read negative reviews online, I am glad that I purchased this product. I have not had a single issue or problem with it, and I would definitely purchase it.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Is it even necessary to give one A trampoline mat I purchased on Amazon came defective. I called it in and there was a serious communication problem. Due to my error in ordering the wrong size, I called to ask if I could return it. During the setup, one of the triangle rings that connects the mat to the springs was out of alignment. I had never aimed the mat at the springs before. As I laid it down on top of my ripped mat, it wasn't the same size. I contacted the store and asked the girl here whether it was the wrong size, she had me measure and tell me the specs, and she told me that it was a 7in spring mat. Five sets are available to me. A set of five-inch springs plus a set of seven-inch According to them I had a different trampoline size and that the mat was not stretched on the springs. I told them that it was wrong size and that the mat was never stretched. I still can't get help. As a result, I canceled the second order to them for the bigger mat because there is NO WAY I will work with this company again. The goal is to spend 60 minutes. This is just insane.
