The trampoline mat tore within 3 weeks after only being used for 3 weeks. Poor service. Won't back up their product. Skybound has been notified of these pictures and a warranty claim has been filed. Rather than replacing it, they refused to do so Our use of the product after it ripped was deemed to have void the warranty. The idea that they would not make things right with their customer is absurd. Their product failed, and their excuse is flimsy. My mat broke so now I must buy a new one and search for an alternative store.
As we were in need of a replacement mat for our trampoline, I did extensive research and found many brands and places to purchase a new mat from. After looking at a number of different places and brands, I went ahead My wife and I have owned it for a year and we are very happy I received the item quickly and it was well packaged. I had no trouble installing it and it fit just fine! It is of great quality and we have not encountered any problems with it thus far! This was also the best price for the replacement mat I could find. The sled has been buried in snow, has been used by 10+ children, has been pushed 400+ pounds, and it still works and looks great. The ball bounces well. though I read negative reviews online, I am glad that I purchased this product. I have not had a single issue or problem with it, and I would definitely purchase it.
Likewise, our trampoline is all others. We bought the mat in order to replace it. It is almost 7 inches long, so 5" spring is almost 7 inches long. The length of the square is 5"). Despite the fact that he weighs 100 pounds soaking wet, my 13-year-old jumps even on the rainy days. A single person. Today is Monday. A therapy session that lasts at least two hours. Best solution for pacing kids I've found so far. I (39 years old woman) and my 13-year-old daughter had some difficulty with the mat, but we got through it (not much worse than The spring should first be on the mat side when using the tool, then it should be stretched across the bar of the frame towards you. The mat can be placed on the frame rather than the other way around. Depending on how many springs there are, install the mat around them every so many feet. There is some twisting happening with the D rings with this mat so that they became turned and likely caused tearing at the seams between There was a ripping of stitches about a month after the purchase, and it is covered by a year warranty. As a result, I completed the warranty form with a picture of the damaged item and a snippet of my Amazon order. It took less than a day for them to ship a replacement. Next week, I hope to receive it. There were no problems with their customer service and I will probably buy again from them. It received four out of five stars due to the rip at month eight, but is still under.
It was the worst experience I have ever had. Is it even necessary to give one A trampoline mat I purchased on Amazon came defective. I called it in and there was a serious communication problem. Due to my error in ordering the wrong size, I called to ask if I could return it. During the setup, one of the triangle rings that connects the mat to the springs was out of alignment. I had never aimed the mat at the springs before. As I laid it down on top of my ripped mat, it wasn't the same size. I contacted the store and asked the girl here whether it was the wrong size, she had me measure and tell me the specs, and she told me that it was a 7in spring mat. Five sets are available to me. A set of five-inch springs plus a set of seven-inch According to them I had a different trampoline size and that the mat was not stretched on the springs. I told them that it was wrong size and that the mat was never stretched. I still can't get help. As a result, I canceled the second order to them for the bigger mat because there is NO WAY I will work with this company again. The goal is to spend 60 minutes. This is just insane. To be charged $800 on a mat for my 2 year old that is defective and I cannot get my money back is inexcusable. It is not a good company to do business with. Similarly to what happened to me, you are likely to be taken advantage of.
It is strong, but the spring straps are weak, which results in springs soaring with a little force. Despite the mat's poor performance, it has proven to be quite durable However, the straps that hold the D rings are very poor quality, & the springs are not attached correctly This is durable. No matter who is on the trampoline, the springs start to spring free and shoot from the trampoline. After reviewing the straps, we discovered that they have deteriorated and are tearing, so the spring and D ring are flying across the yard as projectiles. The trampoline had to be shut down because it was in danger of being tripped on even after being assembled. We have owned a number of mats, but this is the shortest lasting. The straps look like UV or weather resistant material is crumbling rot because they are just crumbling away. There is a clear lack of quality in the straps, which is likely a result of cost reduction. A better quality product would have been worth spending more money on. The stitching and the material are poor quality. All straps are weak and mat looks strong, but straps tend to rip and tear over time A hole has appeared in the overall mat, rendering it Before this mat, we had another original that lasted for about 13 years. The webbing wore out and the mat itself wore out. The straps didn't last even two years on this one.
It took about one week for the metal rings attached to the springs to wear out. Within the mat, they begin to spread apart and turn inside the loop, eventually tearing the loop and eliminating themselves from the mat. Although I was optimistic that I could use this mat for a couple of years, I believe I made a mistake.
It looks like it is made with heavy-duty materials. I saved a lot of money. I was able to mount a 14" frame with 72 springs perfectly. I think it's a good quality heavy duty product. It was unclear to us at first whether it would work. I was surprised by how well it worked despite its small size. The springs should not be put on one at a time they should be put on one by one. Once you have reached the back half of the ride, the springs will become very tight. You should put your 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock springs on first. Then your 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock springs should be added. In the middle of the 12,3,6, and 9, you should add the midpoint springs. You may want to have someone else work on adding the spring on the opposite side of the trampoline, while you work on the other side. By doing this, you will keep the tension more evenly and will not have as much trouble when you reach the final spring. This will also prevent springs from being overstressed and stretched. Buying the spring tool or enlisting someone with upper body strength to install the mat is also a good idea. On Amazon, you can purchase the spring tool. In addition,.
