This mat was given to us a few months ago, and we have been using it since then. Those are the best words I can use. I haven't torn the fabric, and I haven't broken the stitches. There is some stiffness to the mat, but it's not as much as the mat that came with the trampoline. As soon as we acquired it, we replaced the springs believing that was the issue. However, the mat itself is preventing us from jumping as high or having as many people on the trampoline at the same time. As you step on the mat or bounce on it, a spot will stay pressed in where you've been standing for a while. It's still fun for my kids to jump on the trampoline, so this product earned three Nevertheless, they are unable to do some of the tricks they used to, and I and my husband are unable to bounce with them without crashing. In addition, the rings tend to flip sideways when people jump, which makes everything on the mat even looser.
I do not recommend them. They will last a few months at best. These mats have both died very quickly, compared to the years we enjoyed with the original. Having been very disappointed, I will not be buying anything from Skybound in the future. There are tears at the seams where the springs are held together. It was the premium at first, but when that died I got a standard. Both fail at the same place. We just bought the mat in July, so the pictures are from that. The money I spent should be returned to me. It's in mode.
A trampoline with 96 rings and 7 inches of springs measures 15ft long and 96 rings wide. There was no room for this mat. Other than the mat being too small, there is no apparent reason why it won't fit. All of my measurements were taken multiple times before I placed my order. On the last two sides, there is still about 1ft of clearance that can't possibly be filled.
This was my first trampoline that I set up on my own it was much more difficult than the first. Even leaving it partially installed for a few days in hope that it would loosen up and stretch to the last few springs didn't make it any better. Not at all. My children are upset that I can no longer return it within 45 days, and now I am out of the 45-day return period with a mat they cannot use. I am giving it 1 star.
Mostly the rings have problems with this. It does work, but it has a lot of issues. There is a thinner metal alloy in the rings than in Those ring straps are much shorter than the ones in the picture, and the slits in the net are much narrower than they appeared in the picture. It is also difficult to pass through the net due to uneven spacing of the ring straps. As a result, the ring wants to rotate sideways instead of staying straight because of the crooked straps. Specifically, the paint on the SkyBound is absolutely awful. It keeps rubbing off on my kids' clothes and leaves streaks on It would be more appealing to me if the mark were not present. Having to repair a tear in the mat is preferable to having a big one There is a serious lack of quality.
The mat came with my Skywalker trampoline model SWTC1500, so I bought this to replace it. It was cheaper than the Skywalker replacement mat, and it was warrantied for longer than that of the Skywalker mat. As a result of the following reasons, I ended up returning the mat on the first day and purchasing a Skywalker mat Item 1 A lot of people claim that this mat fits my Skywalker trampoline, but it doesn't. The seller claims that it fits but it doesn't. 2. The pictures show what it looks like. It is not hardened steel, so the steel D rings can easily come apart. The mats come apart even when you try to put them on without jumping. I also noticed that the steel rings aren't as thick as my Skywalker D rings, as might be seen in the picture. 1. 2. 3. A hook installation tool is provided, but the metal is too frail to be useful. tore apart half way through the installation, as can be seen in the picture. Item 4. There is not a line of continuity between the rings on this mat and the holes on my Skywalker trampoline. In contrast to my Skywalker mat, the D rings are not the same distance apart. The mat I ended up buying from Skywalker was a replacement. After installing this mat, I must state that, although both mats are manufactured in China (not good), the Skywalker mat boasts stronger steel D rings and the overall stitching and thickness of the mat is superior to that of It lines up perfectly with the net holes. on how to install. It is essential to pull the springs into the frame and not toward the.
Not informing people of this fee seems a little underhanded to me. In the event that I had known about it, I could have tried to sell it myself.
Trampoline mat of the highest quality. Covid is a tough time of year for trampolines. Consequently, I decided to replace the mat on my family trampoline to make it more durable. It is also a great mat! This is an excellent product. Installation is quick and simple. There is a lot of bounce in it, according to my kids. Now that my trampoline has been built well, I think it will last a few more summers. Thanks a lot!.
Within a few months of the 1 year mark, the mat began to fall apart. In addition to my kids jumping( 1 at a time- 9 yr old, 70 lbs. ) Both springs have gone flying as the strap under which they are attached tears. The danger is so great! With 3 jumps done today, we have a few come down in a short period. There was even a flying spring that hit the house. It was good that it didn't hit any windows. Only the metal hook on the back allowed it to be installed.
