Questions & Answers

How do I determine what size frame this will At the moment, I have 96 v rings and 7 inch springs in my mat. With a 14.25-inch width, the frame is constructed of aluminum. The inner diameter of the tube is five feet. ?

It is for an axel of fifteen feet in diameter. The springs are 7" and consist of 96 springs.

There are 96 spring rings in my 7" springs. I measured the frame in three different places and it is 178" from outside to inside. Do you think this is close enough to 15'?

Hey, I think there is no problem with a two inch difference, this mat should still fit

A warranty of 5 years is offered on other listings for the same part. Having been here only two years, why not stay longer?

Please note that our warranty policy for our mats and replacement parts was recently updated. Updates would still need to be made to those listings. The warranty coverage for our premium mats is 2 years and can be found on our actual websites.

I need a mat that fits a 15 ft diameter, 96 springs, 8 in height. Would it be possible to install a five-inch ?

Greetings, we do not carry a mat to fit those measurements except the Stratos, and the Stratos mat measures out to be 155 square feet. The diameter of the circle is 5 inches. In the event you still have the original trampoline mat that came with it, we would suggest taking the measurement of that mat before doing any trampoline mat shopping.

Fixing your SkyWalker mat has never been easier
5/5

Several months ago, I purchased a SkyBound Premium Trampoline Replacement Mats with SunGuard and Free Spring Tool for our Skywalker 15' trampoline. The original mat lasted only about 10 months before it ripped. The mats are only covered for 90 days by Skywalker. The irony is not lost on me. The new tool made installation of the product easier and it was a handy addition. In July 2017, I purchased a replacement mat As for the product It is noticeably heavier than the original mat, despite its metal loops being heavier. There were some children who thought the bounce was better, but they compared it to a 10 month old mat with two rips (much less someone who knows about In most cases, the seller will make sure the fit will be right if you follow their Just to be safe, I counted the springs, I measured the springs, and I measured the mat. (Thank you, all the reviewers who mentioned that tip, so I didn't have to pay return shipping for an incorrect size. ). The installation process Replacement of the mat is extremely simple. Put the new mat on top of the old mat every tenth spring, then every five springs, and finally every three springs. As you feed each loop through the safety net enclosure, make sure to pull the loop through as well. Once those springs are removed, you will need to remove any remaining old springs, so they don't catch on the Let the kids jump on all the remaining springs once the rest of the springs have been placed. A little help from the kids helped to make it take less than an hour to do. I'll follow up on this review if there are any issues with quality control. We only allow 2 kids on the mat at a time so, if there are any issues, I'll give it a second chance.

The bounce is not very good! The item is a high-end product that I thought would last for quite some time After the kids ripped through the original mat shoveling snow off of it, we replaced it with a quality mat
3/5

The kids didn't comment on it because I tried it myself first. I found it to be slightly less bounce than the original, but that was just my observation. Eventually, they began complaining about the same thing when they tried it again. One year later, that hasn't happened. I had warned them that it would probably loosen and become more bouncy over time, but it still isn't. There used to be a lot of people using it in the neighborhood. I now use the mat very rarely and am in need of a new one. In terms of physical durability, it holds up well, but the bounce just isn't as good as it used to be. You can probably use this with younger kids if you don't want them to bounce too high, but my middle schoolers haven't liked it.

In general, I am satisfied, but I am not thrilled
3/5

An update a month later shows that it split after two years. Overall, my experience with this product was satisfactory but not thrilled. Although it lined up and had the proper spring connections, it was not as tight, firm, or bouncey as my original. Within a few months, it became tighter, and it worked superbly for the next I have updated A little over two years and one month later, the tramp ripped as expected with normal use. The first tramp we had lasted about 7 years, but I am not sure how long it was supposed to last. I just saw a kid jump and then it split about a foot The usage of it over the past two years seems to be at a lower than average level.

The quality of the photo is incredible! This shredder is easy to use! I would not recommend buying! In addition, the yellow edges of the trampoline mat (which attach to the springs) have already heavily shredded and are beginning to come It is also becoming extremely stretched out, to the point that it leaves an indent after stepping on it and isn't as bouncey as it once was
3/5

The trampoline mat on my trampoline has never rotted so quickly in 30 years of owning them. I'm an Arizona native, and I've owned a trampoline for more than 30 years. It is only a few months since I've had the mat, and I haven't even used it all yet! When it began shredding in Dec 2019, I bought it in Sept My email to the company about the defective mat was answered by them that there wasn't much they could do because it was after the 30-day period. The whole thing is a mess. The company does not cover defective products. DO NOT BUY.

This is terrible
3/5

I've edited it! During the early spring of 2013, we replaced the safety net enclosure for our trampoline when it tore. This caused me to lower the stars to 2. The mat was a perfect fit for our original. There was no problem. I was able to make the net fit like an original. When the mat ripped, we lost our clothes. The mat that we loved tore due to its firm bounce. In order to replace the broken mat, we ordered a new one. Added a yellow weather strip at an additional cost. Compared to our old mat, adults on the new mat bounce too far down near the ground, when they bounce on the old mat, they bounced closer to the There is something horribly wrong with this mat. In the case of adults jumping on it, the give is way too much and they nearly touch the ground. There is still a major issue. Neither the mat nor the net will weave into each other. weave 3/4 of the way and it's so tight you can't pull it to weave the rest. It's getting too tight for me to pull it. It may This has never happened to me as I have done it time and time again and it has never happened to me until now. My suspicion is that the company sent a mat that was too large for our trampoline, but it's too late to order a new one. The original review was as follows We asked for a firm bounce in this mat (as in our previous mat) so I gave it 4 stars. Earlier today, I tested it out and installed Unlike my 7-year-old carpet that just tore the other day, this mat has an incredible amount of give. When you jump you go way down and it is not nearly as firm as the carpet in my room.

Make sure the hooks and springs are all in place
5/5

Thus far, everything seems to be going well. Following the limited instructions is important. The original frame should be measured, the mat measured, and the springs counted. My frame was 15' long, my mat was 14' long, and the springs were 96 x 7". If the replacement arrives, make sure it's the same size and has the same number of springs as your old one. Do the math after that. an upright hook and a spring at the 12 o'clock position and label it as Next, count around to the 6 o'clock position and label the Count from #1 to the 24th spring and hook at 3 o'clock after you come to this. Continually split the distance in half using this method until the 9 o'clock position is reached. The tension is distributed on opposite sides as the springs are attached in this fashion. The padding had to be attached prior to attaching the safety net on ours as well.

Rings made of metal pose a problem
3/5

It was purchased and installed by us a couple of In terms of installation and durability, the metal rings may appear to be fine. However, the design of the There is a sideways turn of the triangular rings, which can make the mat unstable (see photo). The rings are placed on other mats with triangles that form equilateral triangles, which can solve this problem and prevent the rings from turning sideways (or reduce the effect of them Despite reinstalling the mat exactly this time according to the instructions, we still experienced.

Besides being a waste of money, why would you pay for another layer of protection from the sun
