That should not be! It makes me so sad that something we were so excited about with our kids was just a waste of time! After a few years we finally got around to hanging it up, and it didn't stay up for more than 10 days. The look you have now was created after 12 games! There is no point in wasting my time and money on it. Putting concrete down also was a bad idea since it was extremely flimsy from the beginning.

While they didn't know what a tetherball was, my kids seemed happy that I got them one. Luckily, it's for the kids! I know my wife is a little pissed, but hey, As soon as I opened the box, I saw that only the poles were in it after ordering it and putting it in storage. My jaw dropped when I heard that! After all the excitement of putting it together, now I don't have any accessories to go with it. My disappointment is great! Having opened it earlier and ensuring everything was inside, I would have checked to make sure it was right.

We bought this tether ball set so we could have something to play during quarantine. After several rounds over a 36-hour period, it became evident that customer service was none-existent. I broke off the ball from the tether rope after 1 hour of play We had just gotten good at the game when this happened! I called them and they told me they would send us a new ball right away (yay!) It has now been about 7 weeks since we received our replacement and no replacement has been delivered. It has been several days since I reached out to inquire, but I have not received any responses. As we had ordered a ball from another manufacturer because the kids wanted to get back in the game, we are so disappointed that the manufacturer didn't stand by its product and do what they said.

There's a review online that says the black sleeves are too thin and the black sleeve is busted. My order just arrived yesterday, so I installed it yesterday. As far as the black sleeve goes, it is too thin and did break while attempting to sink There is a lot of wobbling in this pole. My hope is that with some imagination, I can figure out how to fix the pole so that it is that, I and my kids have played with it and enjoyed it a lot. This game reminds me of when I was in school and enjoyed it.

I couldn't even imagine what it would be like to hit that concrete ball on a rope back when I was a kid! If you want it to stay in place, you can either concrete it into the ground or use a tire. Consumer concrete is so easy to use anyone can do it.
