Questions & Answers

Is the long rope that this swing hangs from included, or is it just a small rope to connect it? Is there a rope I need to order?

The long rope is included in the package. There is no need to order

Why does the rope need to be shortened?

In order to shorten the rope, one can undo a knot that attaches the rope to the ball. To ensure that the knot cannot loosen on its own, though, you need to make sure a very tough knot is used. I appreciate it.

The shipment will be sent to South Pacific, and I must make sure that it is not There is a contradiction between the two answers. Could you please tell me what it is?

When I bought mine, they were inflated, but did you put an air needle in it to deflate it

Would it be ok to leave this outside in the ?

We are doing that regardless of whether it is true or not. There was a need for more air after a while, and that was taken care of. Although the cord is fraying and weakening, it is still usable.

My favorite thing about this ball is that it is so comfortable to hold
5/5

My favorite thing about this ball is that it is so comfortable to hold. Compared to other tetherballs that we have purchased, this is softer. The third ball we have is this one. Others have injured our hands and caused bruises to appear on our arms and fists. The one you are looking for isn't The ball will fade and the rope will become dry rot if left outside. However, this is true of any ball I leave outdoors during Miami's winter months. This tetherball comes with a convenient carabiner for attaching a rope to it and a long rope to attach it to the I had the soccer ball inflated correctly and it arrived on time. There will be a second purchase for me as I love this ball. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how this review helped you.

It is misleading
3/5

A tetherball is a fun game, and I have always wanted to play it with my son in our backyard since there is a metal pole. After deciding to get this model, because it says "soft", I finally got it. My boy's hands were hurt when he hit this tetherball, with the air out it still didn't feel soft at all, so I let some air out, but it still didn't feel soft at all when you hit it it had a hard texture. Buyers beware, it is neither soft nor soft as they said. It is designed for adults, but not for small children. It is very long string that comes with the ball, our metal pole is about 8 feet tall, the string is very long I will have to cut it so that it is the right length for our There are no inflating needles, nor is there anything inside the package aside from the ball with string. that is what you got for the money you spent. In regards to this tetherball, I am not happy An untrue statement from the customer!.

A tetherball that can be thrown away
3/5

Tachikara used to be a good product, but this one is terrible and cracked on top in less than 30 days in shady backyard. The original release was good, but this one is trash. Buying is not a good idea.

It is a huge hit with dogs, but it does take some assembly
4/5

Playing with this toy is the reason why I bought it. (pun intended) And they seem to be having a ball. There are two things I don't like 1) it was shipped fully deflated in an open The premise being that everyone has the means to do this seems logical? In the description, there was no mention of special tool requirements or assembly. Because I have a compressor, it was not a huge deal, but knowing this would have been useful. 2) the needle needed to inflate the ball did not come with the set. Due to my age and lack of children, I would not have these inflation needles lying around the house just laying around for inflating It would have been better to purchase something else if I had known it would ship deflated. I knocked off a star for the lack of a needle included with purchase in order to make it easier to inflate the ball.

This is not a worthy product, but for $10 it works
3/5

When I was a student, Tachikara volleyballs were some of the best I had ever used. Unlike most balls, this one is neither soft nor hard A string is more like a cheap basketball, rather than a thing to hit. I had my 9 year old son break the metal clip within a week after he hit it hard. The clip has become quite faded within the first few months I had a tetherball bought from Target for six years, and it lasted until the end of last year. A significant deterioration did not occur for about 3 days. It worked in the end, since I tied the string to the pole It has never been put away during As time goes on, the ball will decide how long it will last. In summary, I would say it's not a bad buy and for $10 it's not bad. Just be aware that it's not soft, and the clip might break (unless I've been given I want to see Tatachikara bring back the classic look and feel.

The cracks appear After just a couple of months of standing outdoor, it is cracked so badly it shows that it has been that is in Ohio, not south of the border where it is so hot

Leave it indoors during the day, and don't leave it out ball's softness is not compromised even when it is attached to the tether
4/5

During my first few weeks outside, but after I sat the ball for a few weeks, the ball started showing crack lines. There were things we had to unpack Bring it inside at the end of the day by weaving it with a rope The kids will be able to tether and untether more easily On tether, I cut rope in half and fashioned a midpoint tethering hook from it.

In my opinion, is this a good product or a bad product? It is impossible to know for sure
4/5

The vast majority of my reviews are positive, but on rare occasions when I do post a negative review, and I only do so when it is richly deserved, my comments are automatically blocked by the We don't use cuss words, we don't call for a boycott. This is my explanation for why I am not satisfied with a particular product. Jeff, what's up with that? What's up bro? Does one or more of the sellers pay you to suppress negative reviews? Hence, from now on, I will receive this same statement with every product I buy, even if I like the product. I am sorry for the sellers who have earned positive reviews, which is the majority.
