Hello, the set weighs around 30 pounds in total.
It is made of solid wood. There will be no plastic.
They are made in the United States, but not by Amish.
I recommend contacting an Amish toybox manufacturer. Our set included a bag, which we love.

I'm updating my blog: After reading my first review, the company contacted me and promptly sent me a replacement mallet head. It's perfect, and I'm overjoyed. This lovely croquet set comes highly recommended from me! When I first opened the box, I carefully examined each piece, and one of the mallet heads had a chip and a split in it. In a short time, this split will split even more, resulting in a larger chip. As a result, I had no choice but to return the collection. To be honest, if there had been an option to just have the mallet head replaced, I would not have returned the entire set. The croquet set itself appears to be well-made and heavy. I gave this two stars because it was inconvenient to have to return the entire set rather than just receiving a mallet head.
It's as if you're playing a completely different game. Because of the weather, we didn't get to play with the set until the summer, and unfortunately, the red mallet rivet broke the first time we played, causing the mallet head to fall off. br>br>I submitted a claim on the company's website and received no response after a week. I then dialed the company's phone number and left a voicemail. They contacted me the next day, apologized for the delay, and promised to send me a new red mallet handle, which I received in two days! This is fantastic. br>br>Despite the reasonable price; It is a solid set that comes with a 5-year warranty and excellent customer service. I don't usually write product reviews, but this one was well worth it.
excellently crafted The wickets are of good quality as well. It is not necessary to remove the handles from the mallet heads in order to fit them into a well-made zipper bag. The balls are not made of wood, and they are made of molded plastic with extruded edges that have not been trimmed off, despite the fact that they play well. Overall, a fantastic performance. I've been playing family croquet with my cheap set for far too long; I should have bought this fun-to-play set a long time ago!.
This set came safely packaged in a durable carry bag that easily accommodated everything. The colors are vibrant, and the print quality is superb. It was well worth the extra money to get a Croquet Set that will last through my children, grandchildren, and husband; I love it and am very pleased with my purchase.
I've never seen a croquet set of this caliber. Every part is oversized, well-made, and solid Maple, as evidenced by the photos. I'm 42 years old and finally feel like I'm deserving of a high-end set! I'm pleased with myself.
I went to great lengths to locate an all-inclusive hotel. In order to avoid using plastic parts, I purchased a wood set and reasoned that the set's high price - as well as the description's omission of the plastic balls - I'd discovered what I was looking for. The balls are made of plastic and have a small seam on one side where they were formed. The rest of the set, on the other hand, is well-made, and I'm excited to use it. Hopefully, for a long time!.
Our order arrived much sooner than anticipated. They looked stunning. The quality of the bag is excellent. We discovered that one of the sticks in our set was missing. A replacement was sent to us right away by the seller. It's not an issue. We're overjoyed to have a good set at long last. Thanks.
A separate small bag for balls and wickets, as well as a very thoughtfully designed carrying bag for transporting without disassembly. In the last week of ownership, I've played more than 20 games. br>br>Laminating the 8 x 11 rule sheet would help it last longer. br>Photos show that it falls short of the high quality standards one would expect from an Amish-made product. I would have expected clear grain wood for the price, which I understand is a high expectation that raises costs, but it's the little things that add up to only getting a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review.
