Questions & Answers
The boomerang is a real returning boomerang from Colorado Boomerangs, LLC, a company that only deals with true returning boomerangs. We would have a problem if we didn't sell real boomerangs, wouldn't we? It also includes a "How to Throw Boomerang" booklet with it, as well as videos showing how to throw it. It is also called a "Hornet" boomerang with different artwork, and there are video clips of it being thrown and caught on the internet. You'll love it!
A plastic material called ABS is used. The boomerang has been designed by Roger Perry, who is a Boomerang champion in Australia, and it has pre-curved tips that make it returnable. This is a great boomerang for kids ages 6 and up There are 12 or so of them. Small and light, it is very convenient to use. A teenager may not enjoy the small size of the toy due to its small size. The toy comes with a 24 page illustrated booklet titled, "How to Throw Boomerangs.". Thrown by children, it is designed for them.

Despite having a boomerang on his list, my 6 year old son was delighted when he received this for Christmas. However, within minutes of using it in the yard, the plastic on the ends chipped off, leaving it with less than an hour, we had the boomerang covered in Scotch tape They are taped on the The damage this could have caused if this had fallen on something other than grass is hard to imagine.
The best way to throw a boomerang is to catch it Let's get that out of the way I have trouble flying because the flight characteristics aren't very good. There is no way to correct a drift upward with warp. There was a clear direction and low wind. A standard arm position and exact release height were observed on the throw, but no real changes were observed.
There was no green boomerang as shown in the product photo, only a yellow one. My son's birthday was very close, so it seemed very disappointing not to be able to reorder in time. As I have to send this back, I can't comment on its quality, but I will update this review once the error is corrected and my son has had a chance to use it!.
When I throw it, my 7-year-old and I race to see who can catch it first. The ball does spin through the air and arc back a little bit, but no matter how I throw it, it doesn't come back all the way.
Despite what the picture suggests, the boomerang was NOT lime green. There is a golden yellow hue to it. It is not important what color the boomerang is, but if your kid asks for a GREEN boomerang for his birthday, then it is.
I found it to be too flimsy and of poor A toy like something you'd find at Dollar Tree.
A very disappointing product that is tiny, poor quality, and very small.
