Despite the loss of the Orbiter Boomerang, I would recommend this Aerobie variety pack to anyone! These are a great way to get your heart rate up while having a good time! My partner and I take these to a nearby park to practice our throwing techniques
5/5

br>br>The large Aerobie disk can travel quite a distance! Because of its size and the way it glides, it's great to throw from a reasonable distance (across an open park) and a little easier to catch. br>br>Throwing the smaller Aerobie from a shorter distance is a lot of fun. This one is a tad faster than the big Aerobie in the air! When there are a lot of people or obstacles in the way, we use this one. It was a lot of fun to throw the orbiter boomerang! It really does come back (to the general area you threw from, not always to exactly where you're standing) if you throw according to the little diagram and with a little force. Unfortunately, on our third attempt at mastering the art of throwing the Boomerang, it curved around, caught the wind, and flew up and over a nearby house's fence. Never to be seen or heard from again. This one was especially enjoyable to practice with because my partner was genuinely enthusiastic about mastering her technique and getting it to return. I really miss having it in our arsenal, so if the price is right, I might order a single unit again in the future. Because I've been spoiled, I can no longer stand using ordinary Frisbees
5/5

When I was about 15, I was introduced to the Aerobie at a friend's house (they promptly got it stuck at the top of their large maple tree and used twine tied to an arrow to shoot through the center and get it down), and I've wanted one ever since, but never thought it was worth the extra few dollars - When every frisbee you get is a freebie with a hideous brand or logo on the top, you don't really think there's any other option; after all, a Frisbee is a Frisbee. br>br>With the exception that the Aerobie is not a Frisbee. These suckers fly farther and straighter than anything else, and aiming and catching them requires very little practice. The 10" model is a fantastic alternative to a standard Frisbee - In order to use it, you'll need roughly the same amount of space. The Aerobie Pro will outperform any other yard-throwing machine you've ever seen. wise; because we live in the city, we have to go to the park to use these and have a good time, which means the Pro gets the least use - However, on a football field, you can play on either side. br>br>The Orbitor requires some practice, but after a few throws, you'll be able to get it to return to within ten or twenty feet of you - To get it to work, keep in mind that you must throw it almost vertically (30 tilt). Tossing it around like a normal Frisbee - flat - This causes it to splinter and deviate from its intended path. br>br>One thing you might not realize is that if any of these items don't 'fly right,' they come with instructions on how to improve their performance. To get more loft and curve on a boomerang, for example, you bend the tips up a little. These things are

It defies the laws of physics
5/5

These are the most entertaining throwable toys you'll ever come across. They can be thrown by anyone, regardless of age or experience. If you allow them to soar, they will defy every physical law. The most difficult part is not throwing them well enough and having to retrieve them from a tree, rooftop, or two streets away (no personal experience here). Just keep in mind that if you don't store them flat, they'll become warped and useless. If you love them, they will return your love time after time.

This is an incredible set
5/5

Following the death of our younger, we began looking for these. This is an incredible set. We began looking for these after our younger children were repeatedly nailed in the face by our lighter and heavier "traditional" Frisbees. We remembered these from years ago and decided they were worth a try because you can catch them by grabbing the ring itself or, if all else fails, sticking your hand and arm through the center of the ring. These are certainly difficult enough to keep my husband and I, as well as our athletic thirteen-year-old manchild, entertained. Our ten-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter are no longer afraid of getting hit in the face with these, and they enjoy playing with them. We've used them in open fields and they can travel a long distance (nearly the length of our public school field depending on who's throwing). If the Frisbee pulls to the left or right, simply bend up or down to correct it, and if you forget, the instructions are printed on the Frisbee (such thoughtful design). One of the more surprising aspects is that we can interact with them in the cul-de-sac. in a mellow "don't hit my car" sort of way All of the kids in the neighborhood now know how to play Frisbee and enjoy doing so. The children are ages 4,5,7,8,9,10, and 13, and they are all very adept at using them. All they have to do is hold and throw it flat before releasing it in the desired direction. The kids can either grab the ring and stick their arm through the hole, or they can use the classic: jaws of a chomping alligator We haven't had much luck with the boomerang, so we've taken to using it as a regular Frisbee. Trees, unsuspecting people, athletic off-leash dogs, rooftops, and deep water (they don't float) are all things to be cautious of.

A 32-year-old man reverts to the age of a five-year-old boy - Simplicity, beauty, and joy in their purest form
5/5

The best flying rings on the planet are these "frisbees. " The best in all of known space. The bigger one can easily fly 100 yards, while the smaller one can easily fly 50 yards. They fly level and straight (after a little practice). They're easy to catch, and the large circle in the middle makes looping them on arms, legs, or your head a lot of fun. These are ideal for a friendly game of catch with friends, as well as aggressive strength and accuracy feats. The disadvantage is that the rings snare easily in trees, even small branches. Aerobies are a favorite food of trees. br>br>Though I rarely get a chance to use the "boomerang" to its full potential in windy Kentucky, it works beautifully. Even in a light, steady breeze, I can throw within 5-feet. My target was within 10 feet of me. It's a lot of fun, and it makes me want to be a kid again.
