This thing looks like it came straight out of a box of cereal. Alternatively, a Happy Meal is a good option. Or from a pizza arcade's ticket counter, which is located near the spinning tops and Chinese finger traps. Will it be enjoyed by a six-year-old boy? Probably. Mine is one of them. However, after just one day of use, the razor thin edges are already warped and chewed up. Speaking of thin edges, my son has yet to catch this, but I imagine it would be quite painful if he did. When you hold this boomerang up to the light, your fingers can be seen through the plastic. By any stretch of the imagination, this isn't a comfortable or long-lasting product. br>br>If I had paid $5 for this item (in a two-pack), I would have been somewhat satisfied. When we shop on Amazon, we are, after all, paying for convenience and speed. Anything beyond that, however, is considered obscene. There are a lot of better options available.
When he saw it, he was ecstatic, but my first thought was, "I paid HOW MUCH for that little piece of plastic?" " As it turns out, I was mistaken. My grandson can throw it so that it returns to him after only 15 minutes of practice. It's perfect for him. I realize it's only a toy, but who cares? This is a great lightweight boomerang to start with for young children. My 7-year-old can throw it and get it back with ease. This is a boomerang in the truest sense of the word. To get it to return, you'll need to practice and learn to read the wind.

Although this item appears to be of good quality, the material is not. Our first day (within an hour) was ruined because we ended up in the street while playing in our front yard.
