The scratch pad inside felt quite coarse to me, so I tossed mine. Those $200+ shafts are not touching mine. If I were to use it on the 'house cues,' they would often be grimy. It is probable that a fiberglass shaft would be scratched by these. How about https//www. play. com/gp/product/B00NIRZWDW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00? It is UTF-8-encoded 1 for PSC).
In order to make my cue feel slicker, I still use this cue regularly. It could definitely be better, but even with the sleeve stretched to its maximum, the pocket cannot easily accommodate the cue tip, resulting in taking off a large piece(s) of chalk. The cue feels slightly different, which is an inconvenience for a minor to mediocre change in its feel.
A new cue has been purchased by my hubby. When he used to have this one, he would just use a gray scotch pad, but over time it has worn down some of the finish. I've got a new cleaner that is less abrasive than the old one. As far as I can tell, the cover works just fine. The outer covering makes it slide over the shaft of the pool. It has not been a problem for him thus far.
Despite the fact that they said they were free shipping, they weren't and they weren't worth what I paid for them with shipping but they were worth what I paid for them without.
Creating the friction to draw out dirt from the cue is a simple process, but it does take a bit of effort. You may want to use a damp cloth or cue cleaner after you get it heated up and take a few runs. It took me a few days to notice a difference after the first Again, because I had to commit so much time and effort, I didn't give 100%.
It's smaller than I was expecting, and the threading inside is loose, which means that the tip of the pool stick will get caught in it. Even so, the cloth was great because it put an end to all my pool sticks in no time.
Using this cloth is a great way to clean your pool stix. By taking this step, the stix are so smooth that they slide along your finger with.
It worked as advertised in cleaning cues, especially with snacks and food, and it was nice not to have to worry about oils getting on.
