Protection of the joint when not in use is provided by this item. You have to store your joint protectors in your cue case if using this product. The protectors are installed in the closed case if you do not use the cue. A person's appearance matters not by how good they look. This item will not fit anyone considering a cosmetic cause.

But my new McDermott Star cue made it small enough for me to fit on it. The protective measure was too tight, which allowed the butt protector to not fully adhere. The device turns out to be the same as a joke when you use it. I requested a replacement. In addition, they were slightly dented and scratched as they arrived. However, since these items do not have any protection at all from the packaging, it shouldn't surprise us. The white pearl McDermott Star is not going to match these, so I'll have to use another shot. I am very pleased to report that it matches my wife's McDermott cue kit. 3/8 can easily be converted into a pivot. Although there is no requirement to size the shoe correctly if one comes from the USA and one comes from somewhere else but that would only work for one. A Disappointment!!
Update. There is a burr in the screw joint that is affecting the shape of my McDermott Star cue. This kind of wax is what we use to grease up pool tables and push it. This is just out as I found the stars to be too expensive and easy to dent. dented the paper even more.
The genuine McDermott cue's will fit these well. There is a wide difference between your millage, based on its not main series, such as the lucky star, and other cues associated with real main series.
The protectors are well made and fit perfectly. Though the product isn't that cheaply, I won't be skipping the next set because the price isn't as good as first set.
It's well worth the extra cost to use a great McDermott metal joint protector.
Joint protectors will look great and be in time to arrive. Even if it's nothing but a make, it adds a nice touch to the cue.
In total, he made up for over $5 billion in losses. Based on the images provided, I think the product is not as it looks, and the thread pitch is incorrect.
This fit makes for perfect transportation.
