However, when I purchased this stand, I considered a few things that I will discuss in hopes that it will help you make your decision. However, both are significantly cheaper than the M7. I had only heard great things about all three, so I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed with any of them. With the XOP, I could get a near identical product to the Lone Wolf and the Cast Platform for a cheaper price. Additionally, I was told that it weighed 10 pounds. Since acquiring XOP stands over the past few years, I've owned a variety of them. The sticks they make are great, but kind of heavy, however they are of high quality. Besides the hand climber, I've owned two air raids, the vanish, and I've just returned a vanish evolution to the publisher. While quality is improving in China, anything coming from the country still carries big risks, unless you pay a premium price for it. I find XOP prices to be quite modest and reasonable. Is there a difference in price? There is no. As another review noted, the Vanish Evolution I received contained the same features as the other. The hinge pin was cast at the base of the hinge pin, so it leans to one side when viewed from behind. I believed this was due to the casting when you looked at it from behind. The casting has nylon washers on it, and I think, as a result of the castings and washers, it will be able to correct itself but also lean in an unwanted direction if need be. It doesn't matter how small the thing is to me, I notice it. Nevertheless, I am honest about what I expect. Things that are unacceptable should not be done. The one in question was this. We'll see if I buy another one in a few months, hoping they fix the issue or to get a better one than what I got before.
