A screw usually comes in standard sizes, but the screw on the pocket clip most likely came out of the thread, so if you found another, it would not fit. After putting super glue on the threads, I could just push the screw back in after finding it in my pocket. Since the threads were worn out, it wasn't too difficult. It is a common problem with knife pocket clips (because the screws are cheap).

Only buy it if you want the knife. I purchased it specifically for the seat belt cutter and for the window breaker tool. My job is as an EMT, and I want something that I can use to aid in patient access when involved in a vehicle accident. The two of them did not impress me when I tested them on a junk vehicle. After several attempts, we were unable to crack the driver's side window on the passenger van we were testing. On top of that, our window breaker became dull after multiple attempts. You will also need to spend 10 minutes sawing away with the seatbelt cutter if you want it to cut all the way through. With the knife, we were able to cut through it in 1 minute Replace 1 second with 2 seconds. My overall reaction is that I would only use this to break glass, and I will have to invest in a different window breaker. I wouldn't recommend purchasing if you are in need of a glass cutter.
My cheap ones are extremely abused [that is why I buy them so cheaply], but this thing literally threw in the towel after a couple months. Towards the end of the week, the screw fell out of the pocket clip. 2 weeks later, it sits in pieces on the floor of my truck in bits after I jammed another screw in there. It is a knife I want to love, and the main blade is strong and practical. However, the seatbelt cutter is nothing but a piece of metal with no sharp edges.
