It is clear Amazon does not get the point with its Here we go! There is quality in this product
5/5

I tend to be skeptical of products carrying well-known brand names. I have heard that these guys have legitimately obtained the use of the Smith & Wesson name and logo. The price is very reasonable for a blade of this quality. A skinning knife or bushcraft knife is not what it is! It is way off base that Amazon asked about comfort in its "star" question. In the realm of concealed firearm carry, "keeping a handgun on your person should be a comfortable experience, not merely convenient! As a neck knife, you won't have to worry about feting blusters the one time you need it to slice a carotid artery or puncture a lung or heart. I will not use it to cut cardboard, as that will destroy the stropped edge of the knife. I will cut meat, I will dismember someone, all of which is the primary purpose of this knife. My knife was already razor sharp out of the box, and I stropped it to make it Since I have already lightly sliced my hand several times in deployment practice when I have deployed it from under a short, I am planning to order another and dull the edge. It is wicked sharp, and the curved, rebated top makes it very There are no double edged carry knives legal in Hawaii, and I may shorten the blade a bit to prevent police confusion about how long it is. There are a lot of "non-regulation" lengths of blades in Hawaii The "sharp" length might lend itself to interpretations such as "blade length" by a rookie cop! There is no other knife I could find in the modest price range that features a Karambit retention ring and a useful blade design, although it is a bit too long to realistically pass muster with Hawaii squad car cops Can you tell me what that is? )I'm often in places with few people while waiting for ParaTransit pickup and have felt in danger twice in the last two months. Each time they changed their mind when I was about 5 feet away - I'm severely disabled Due to my readiness and lack of alarm or fear, I probably did not People who commit a robbery or attack on an elderly person or another person with a disability in a wheelchair deserve to die instantly, and the world would be kinder and more gentle It's an amazing piece of equipment! I am absolutely convinced it's the best knife in the world!.

Good knife, but you must have an option to sharpen the top or backside of it
4/5

The knife is well-made. I purchased it because it had a reversed curve and a straighter blade (instead of a conventional When I wanted something that I could use as both a hook to hook the wrist of someone who was attempting to take my pistol, and also as a weapon that could penetrate deeply, I wanted something that could be used to Many blade forums recommend this steel, even though I hope to never use it. So I researched the type of steel and found it to be a widely recommended steel. It was important to me that the steel was good. Four was the number I used. Use a 5" grinder with a sanding disk to reshape the back and top of the board (slowly), being careful not to get the blade too A Lansky knife sharpening system was then applied to the back/top of the workpiece in order to put a razor's edge on it. The idea appeals to me. I've got a lot to say. The only reason I gave it four stars is that I had to add the top edge. There would have already been an edge on the back/top of a real carambit.

The Karambit is designed in a unique way
5/5

I also prefer the reverse curve of the blade, as pointed out in another review. The design of a Karambit is very nice. I prefer to use the back of the blade while using the reverse grip so that I can hook and trap things. I prefer the way I like things myself. Those who train with knives know they must be able to handle both a reverse and standard grip at the same time. The reason for 5 stars is the price. I feel the knife is in the middle of the quality spectrum and is well worth the price. Please don't be misled by the title. This is not a cheap knife. It is well made and will do its job well. I do not recommend comparing this product to Hibben knives or Frost cutlery, which I believe to be on the low end of quality. A knife doesn't have to be bad merely because it looks bad. There is nothing junky about the knife - it's functional, well-built and solidly constructed. Regarding the sharpening of the back side of the blade, I am planning on doing so and don't feel that it's a problem. Make sure you have the approval from your state before you modify this blade. Some states do not allow double edge blades. Even the most affluent people cannot afford custom knives of the highest quality, but if you're on a budget, this is a good.

Knife is great, price is also great especially if you're a S&W fan
4/5

I. The problem It would be unreasonable to expect anything less from Smith & Nephew Although this blade is not an exact replica of the Wesson, it is extremely interesting. In addition to the carbon stainless steel, the blade also had a nice length. I love the way it feels in my Just the right amount of weight. It is a high quality knife that comes at a very reasonable price considering the brand. Additionally, I believe they stopped manufacturing this specific model, which is regrettable to say the least, so if you're able to get one, I highly recommend it. Overall, it is a well made and well thought out piece of work. You can even adjust the tightness of the holster to keep your blade secure. Mostly, it's a good holster, except for the loop on the belt that is a bit too small for certain belts, but it will fit most.

The best EDC blade on the market! You cannot go wrong with this knife! A thin, light, and easy-to-carry blade, this one is a great fit for a belt or inside the pants
5/5

Hair can be shaved with a sharp knife. It's easy to carry with a sheath, but with a little cord you can create many At the blade's end, near the handle, there is a sharp point, but you are not close to this point when grasping the blade. It can be sanded down if you are bothered by it. It is a Spyderco G-Series There is a way to use the clip in the sheath for one carry option, but you have to force it. This is a very nice knife and I would recommend it highly.

This is awful
3/5

A cheap price With inadequate gripping points, the knife is poorly made and poorly designed. A knife that you're trying to get out of this sheath will be next to impossible without great effort there's no way you'll manage it fast. Also, there are only a few belt mount options to get the right fit. When I used the lowest belt mounting setting, the hilt was pushing into my ribs, and was too high for easy Another problem is that the female inserts for the adjusting screws to reposition the belt part are not slotted so when they are slid in or out when you turn them, they spin, which is a pain because you need a pliers to grab them to do so.
