A solid, sturdy, simple design. Even though the lid did not quite line up with the opening, it was only slightly off and it did not affect functionality or appearance. The safe box isn't really for that purpose, is it? I don't think it will take a determined criminal long to open it. Having a loaded weapon that is not being used will allow me to safely keep it close by without concern that someone will play There were no challenges when registering my fingerprints and generating my code. The interior of this unit is illuminated with red LEDs, instead of blue ones that are used in most units. I hate that stupid blue LED that is hard on my Several reviews also mentioned that this safe would pop open with a bump to the back or bottom. In spite of my best efforts, I was not able to recreate the experience. As a whole, it seems like this unit is a winner, especially for its price.

It's easy to register a fingerprint and I've never had any troubles or false positives when I've tried to fool it. There is a lot of durability in the construction I have tried prying open the compartment door, but so far, I've been unable to get it open-though if I had a small crowbar, perhaps I could. There is a foam liner inside the safe, which is great. As a little safe for the money, it seems to be a great value!.

It is not possible to contact support. This is a large, sturdy, and roomy chair. Delivery in a timely manner! It is worth the money. It was easy to set up fingerprints! I had no problem using this (Each time) but the password/pin setup is tricky! have no idea how to do it! Allows you to set a single value A 6 digit number is displayed, but when it reaches the third digit it blinks red and won't It was at one point impossible to stop the beeping! Taking the battery out was not an easy thing to do. You do not need to call the support number! BREAKING UPDATE It took me a while to figure out how to set up a password/pin.

I am very happy with it. This safe is easily sized so that it can fit my revolver, but the size is versatile enough to be placed anywhere. It was very easy to set up fingerprints for me and my husband. This print is appealing whether you look at it from the front or the back, which is a plus in my opinion. Since I bought the safe, I checked daily to see if the finger print is working, and it has not yet failed.
