I managed to locate ShadowVault SV1 after a bit of research. It is great that there is no key backup, so there are no keys that can be picked. Also, it has enough space to fit more than one handgun of a reasonable size. I can either bolt the box into my nightstand or keep it on my nightstand (whichever is best for me). With this box, I have I can see from the picture that even trying to pry on it would destroy my nightstand if I tried to pry it on. The way I have it mounted, it's a lot heavier When you pick it up, you can tell that it is solid. It's not even a joke that 7 and 10 gauge steel is so thick. Italics mined by Sargent & Co. Locks are a reliable and widely recognized service provided by Greenleaf The Spartan lock worked the same as the regular mechanical combination lock on my main safe, so I had no issue with it. My favorite feature about this lock is the ease with which I enter my code and twist the dial to unlock it - I love it! Now that I think about it, I wish that I had it in my main safe. In any case, I have no concerns that this pistol safe will serve me well for years to come, and it will safeguard my weapons from kids and unwanted hands.
