Using it in my camper trailer was the main reason for my purchase. In order to keep the firearms out of reach of my children when we hunt, I needed a device that could be small enough to fit in our door, but large enough to protect them. Despite being large enough to hold my hunting rifles, this safe does not increase the weight of my trailer one iota.
