Questions & Answers

Are all the parts of the tool What about the handle? Is it made of plastic?

The one I received in March 2015 A punch made of black metal and a handle made of black plastic. This is just a quick note since it has been a few years since the last entry and there seems to be some inconsistency in the data

Is this tool suited for removing a base plate from a ?

It is what others have indicated and what is shown in videos. Based on what others have said as well, I would say what I did in March 2015. As soon as you remove the baseplate for the first few times, it will feel extremely It is fortunate that you only have to do this occasionally, such as after wading through muck or after every 800 rounds of golf. It is advisable to use dirty ammo sooner if you're using dirty ammo. The base plate has an indentation that fits into a clip on the magazine side of the slide. If you look carefully at the base plate, on the magazine side of the slide there will be a little clip. That is what keeps you from reaching your potential. If you think this tool may be able to move the issue forward. I would not recommend it. In fact, it will depress the button in yes, however, it is not strong enough to act as a prying

What is the back of the gun? Is it a glock?

The information below was provided by Rock Mountain Tactical. YES, the end of the GLOCK Factory OEM disassembly tools can be found on our site, so YES, we have the OEM tools. It is my pleasure to have you look at my work.

A grip extender is suggested to go along with these items, but it doesn't work
3/5

It was suggested that the item should be used in combination with grip extenders, but a warning was included regarding its usage in that way. Your gun can be disassembled with this item by pushing out the connection pins. As soon as we attempted to remove the base plate of a magazine, the tool bent almost to the point of Despite the soft metal pushing rod, the plastic handle is flimsy and flimsy. The tool does work for popping pins out, but it probably won't last very long after it bends trying to remove a magazine's.

One of the best tools on the market
5/5

I don't know if I'll ever use it, but when I bought my Glock, I started buying things with the name "Glock" on them. Then it must be doing what it is supposed to do. I got it lying with all my other glock stuff my dad gave me that I never used. It's time to get off the bots, Butt. I know exactly what the word ergonomic means it's easy to use, it's a great deal, and it's definitely super ergonomic.

This product does exactly what it says it will
5/5

From Glock, this is the base model. If they actually started including one with a Glock, it would be much more appealing for consumers. It's certainly better to choose a more durable tool, but this one is perfect for keeping in your maintenance kit, or for keeping in the gun box with accessories you're not currently using in case you need it at a later date.

Those who own Glocks will find this useful
5/5

I can't express how much easier the takedown has become with this product. To use it, I simply put it on the pin, give it a quick thump, and then it's done. Instead of having to dig out my punch set or search for something that can do the job without marking my frame or pins, I can use what's in my hand. You can save yourself the regret if you scratch your gun by buying it and it's worth the couple of dollars.

I agree
3/5

However, I have a problem. A tool like this does what it's supposed to do. I would say it is fine on that basis. The price, however, is a bit high. Considering the price of 50, I thought I would be getting something There are about 4 inches of length on this tool It would be great if that were the case. The punch comes with an ergonomic plastic handle and is made of steel 3/32 inch. Actually, it looks like they may have spent some money on it. It costs 15 cents to make one. You can get $1 for this. Rather than paying 89 more for the Sears Craftsman 5, I should have bought This is a 4-piece punch set (model #4285). Much better value for the price. IX. PERSONAL INFORMATION.

One of the best Glock tools
5/5

I don't need to use any other tool. One of the best Glock tools. You can use this tool for complete disassembly and reassembly (FIXXER has one in the same price range). You can even remove the connector from the opposite side of the Trigger Housing with this tool. I have a few tools but always only require this one. Disassembling it correctly requires other tools, if you need them, it is not done correctly. Based on my experience disassembling and reassembling various Glock models repeatedly, I am stating my opinion here. Please take note There is one exception, and that is the flat screwdriver used for the Magazine Catch Spring.

The Glock tool for Gen 4 17 and Gen 4 19 is made from quality materials
5/5

This is the most commonly used tool for working on your Glock Among the pros *a) shank length that is perfect for pushing out pins or buttons with any punch. *b) The shank and handle are molded securely into the base of the handle, I had reservations about the shank or handle breaking*c*d*
B) The handle is small, so it is probably harder to grip. Comparable micro screwdrivers with sawed-off tips are comparable in size. b) The handle ergonomics can be awkward, almost like holding a mechanical pencil. You know the function ultimately outweighs the form, yet it just doesn't feel right to hold. Despite the fact that you can make your own "glock tool" with a bit of fabrication, the measurements on this tool are perfect for working (on my 17-19 Gen4).

A handle is nice
4/5

Change is nice when there is one around. When I realized that a screwdriver has a handle for a reason, I realized that punches must be used since they are such a common tool. I wonder why I am always using the same thin punches. This is because of the habit. This is what I picked This is not a huge deal, but it is the proper tool and it feels better in the hand. Tools are neat.
