Hornady part number 392645 indicates that it is the shell plate for 45 ACP (#45 for 45 ACP). I'm not sure how the image is related to that part number, or its
The picture on their site is the wrong one. There is no shell plate visible since the picture is of a Hornady shell holder.
With a Hornady Lock n Load progressive press, it should work. The EZject system is available there as well.

Good quality from Hornady when it comes to doing its job. You may run into problems such as cases not aligning with station 1, cases tipping, not ejecting, etc. You may want to verify that your shell plate Initially, I had no problems resizing cases, but after a few instances I began having issues. The screw in the press shell plate is more like this (rather than shell plate screws walking out). A 3/8" lock washer can be added if this happens and it should be tightened down gently (but firmly enough). This is a good solid plate overall. I had some issues with mine where the cases were seating on the plate extremely hard. When I inserted a case, about 60% were binding in the extractor groove when I inserted them. The shell plate I ordered is from Hornady . At the time, it was hard to find, as it was in the A progressive press had five shell cases in the shell plate that I ordered. As for the product, I have no other comments to make about it other than that it has exceeded my expectations. With my new Hornady AP press, the plate fits quite well.
