On the quest to swage a bucket of thirty five gallon containers. As a result of multiple failures in the same place of a handle (see pictures), I have experienced 606 brass failures. In the past, Dillon has sent me new handles whether their product has failed or not. My last failure of the Dillon handle resulted in Dillon saying that they would not honor their warranty, and that they would require me to send them my swage, a set of brass I am using and the broken handle at my expense to see what I am not doing right. I will tell you I am not abusing the machinery or using the equipment in an incorrect manner the aluminum handle is not adequat for the job. Will Dillon honor their no BS guarantee, or will I have to send in my brass and another broken handle before they believe a feedback from a customer.
