It is not a problem. In this case, I'm carrying a Ruger GP 100 (6") pistol. The 686 has the same dimensions as the 686. Good fit.
The foam that holds the magazines between the gun slides and on the grip ends of the guns is included in the case, which holds a total of 22 mags (not including those in the firearms).
My sig 938 is the tiniest weapon in my arsenal. I don't believe you'll encounter any difficulties. You can adjust each individual slot for the firearm you're storing as you remove the foam. I would recommend the case because it is extremely well constructed and durable; you will not be disappointed.
An XDS 3 is what I have. 3 in . 45acp. It fits perfectly because there is a step down to accommodate the grip, ensuring that it stays in place. Because the foam is soft enough, I can even put my Automag with an 11-barrel in there. This is a superbly constructed argument.

I adore this case; it's of excellent quality and comes with a clean pre-assembled interior. cut foam that makes good use of the space available I took the case to my local outdoor range and it was great to have all of my pistols in one case that was easy to grab. It perfectly fits my Glock collection, which currently consists of a Gen 3 34, 17, 2x19, 26, and a Gen 2 32. My only complaint is that I wish I had purchased the larger version for future pistol collection expansion, as I keep my ported and compensated barrels next to the guns for easy swap outs.
When I first got it, I thought it was really cool, and it was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, when exposed to temperatures in the 80s, the glue that holds the layers of foam together softens, leaving a thick layer of glue on all of my pistols that is difficult to remove.
,I was looking for a nice case to store my pieces in that kids wouldn't be able to access. This feels like the best option: it's sturdy and tough, and the lock holes are large enough to accommodate medium-sized locks (I'm not a fan of small locks). I was also relieved to discover that the firearms are compatible with the cabel locks. I also had to cut some of the foam to make room for my revolver, and while it was simple to do so, it wasn't the cheap square tear off foam. Also, I noticed that the magazine slots have two parts that can be removed; by removing the small piece, smaller magazines can be accommodated. Larger magazines can be accommodated by removing both pieces. You can also pull out the upper and lower parts to fine-tune the fit of whatever you're putting in there. This isn't for revolvers, as stated in the expanded description! The only reason I changed it to fit my needs was because I wanted everything in one place. Anyways. I would definitely recommend this product and buy more from them in the future. My dudes, 5 out of 5 stars!.
PROS: br>This is the fourth (and largest) Case Club case I've ever done. There isn't a more cost-effective case available. or, in some cases, twice the amount of money. This is a STRONG case. SURFACES ARE EXTREMELY DURABLE. But it's the closed cell foam cut-outs that really make it shine. cut-outs, as well as the degree to which those cut-outs are cut-outs. The execution of outs has begun. They're well-designed plugs that go in two layers, making it much easier to fit any gun than the "pluck-style" plugs. Cases made of foam Because I don't have a sixth handgun, I'm using the sixth slot as a "junk drawer" for earplugs, wrenches, and other miscellaneous items. br>It's critical to have a pair of needle nose plyers on hand when putting this case together because you'll need them to pull the cut-outs. with a. It's something to do with the way things are designed. Pulling the plugs out by hand is possible, but it takes a lot of effort, strength, and feigning, and you risk damaging some plugs. Instead, use a pair of needle nose plyers to lift the plugs out easily and cleanly. Save ALL of the plugs you've pulled out after you've fitted the case for your guns. You can refit them and change the layout whenever you want. On YouTube, Case Club has a number of instructional videos that walk you through the process step by step. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. br> One of the silica cans in my case was severely bent. Other than a QC issue at the factory, I'm not sure how it could have been damaged (packed INSIDE case). With a pair of plyers, I was able to bend it into a useful shape. The box that came with my case was missing. All of my other Case Club cases came with a cutter knife for detailing the plug slots. I did, however, have some from previous cases. As a result, there's no problem. br>br>Overall, my drawbacks were minor, and I'd enthusiastically recommend this case to anyone.
This is one of my favorite cases. This gives us a safe, dry place to keep our carry guns at night, and the quality is excellent. I have the impression that this is going to last a long time. When I opened the lid, I was surprised to see that it still had all of the foam inside. However, once I realized it was precut, I was able to begin removing pieces and getting everything to fit very nicely and securely inside. Make sure to save/use any foam bits you remove so you can fully customize each slot to hold your weapons perfectly. br>br>So far, the full-size 1911 has been my favorite fit. There was no need to make any adjustments because it fit like it was made for it. br>br>Holds a full-fledged full-fledged full-fledged full-fledged full-fledged Smith & Wesson of various sizes are also available. br>br>On our Hellcat and P365, we have Aramalasers. There's no issue. br>br>It even has a snub nose revolver in it. br>br>It's incredible how many magazine slots this thing has! But now I'm in desperate need of new magazines!.
I purchased this case in preparation for a cross-state move, and I needed to consolidate my pistols into a locking case because the space in my vehicle is limited. I couldn't use any of the six single cases I had on hand. br>br>I expected the case to hold at least four of my six pistols when I received it. It fit the Glock 19, Sig P226, Sig P320, and CZ 75B, so I knew it would work. But I didn't expect it to fit my Victory SW22 Threaded Barrel or my SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer SIG Sauer S 686 4" barrel with a diameter of 686 mm. br>br>The score is 9 for the Victory. The manufacturer claims that the overall length is 2". "Max length of pistols is 8 5/8," according to the Amazon product description. So, I was able to fit my SW22, which isn't all that much bigger than the requirements. It doesn't feel forced when I close and lock the lid, and it doesn't feel any different than when I close the lid with just the other guns inside. br>br>In addition, I was not anticipating the S To fit a W 686 revolver with a 4-inch barrel. However, as long as it isn't on either end, it should be fine. Of course it isn't 100%. I also left the foam in it for the butt of the gun, whereas I removed the padding for the butt of the gun on the other guns (as intended from what I can tell). As you can see in the photo, the cylinder distorts the foam slightly, but I believe it's better to have the 686 in the case with the distortion than to carry it separately and not distort the foam. However, it has the best retention of any of the guns in the room. br>br>In general, I am pleased with my purchase. I don't regret not upgrading to a Pelican case because, while I love Pelican, I'm only using this case to temporarily store the guns. However, because it fits everything so well, I'll definitely be using this case if I ever take all six of my handguns to the range.
