Questions & Answers

Are the 7ft rods strong enough to function well as a vacation fishing rod for the beach and at the pier? I appreciate it. ?

I think it will work well enough for vacation rods. I have only used it to fish for trout and bass up to 10 pounds in lakes. I'd be so lucky if I was!

Is this type of rod capable of holding a 30 kilos salmon?

It seems like 66 pounds might be about right. I am debating whether to accept this request.

Does this rod have the capacity to hold 25 pounds of ?

A monofilament line seems to be too heavy and inflexible. I have not tried a line of that weight yet.

For salmon, how is it? A noodle rod, is that what it is?

As for salmon, I don't have any where I live, but I use mine for river fishing and it handles hybrid stripers as well as saugeye Mining is equipped with a Kastking Megatron 3000 and a Kastking 15 lb low-level mine detector There is a gray line visible on the screen, and it works

I have never encountered a rod that was more fragile
3/5

Over the past 30 years I have never used a rod blank that was this fragile before. It had so much cracking between the guides that it was just unusable. The worms are hollow like the balsa wood they are made of. I didn't even throw them very hard. The best rod I've ever used is this one. I've fished with rods from $10 to $200 over the years, but I've It's time to put the Kastking rods away.

The best overall, taking everything into account
5/5

This shipping tube is amazing, I don't know how KK does that for such a low price. When hitting graphite with a concentrated lateral impact, damage can occur that is invisible until it snaps. Can look fine until it breaks in the load area because of the concentrated impact. Another reviewer commented that "the mail man could not damage it if he tried. ". Material used on the grip of the handle. When wet or slimed by fish, this pad does not slip. It can be cleaned easily, as another user said. A durable and aesthetically pleasing material should be added. Will not flake dust over time like some products that have non slip sponge-like forming processes. The Crixus process will never flake dust over time. 1.
2. 3. You are overweight. The hard way, I've learned that fishing all day, cast after cast, is truly taxing on the hands, wrists, and arms of your dominant hand. You can tell the difference by how many ounces you use. My Crixus rods are almost my lightest, but my Cadence 6'6" Medium, Fast 2 pc, with a "30 ton" blank, is lighter and at a similar price point. It costs about $10 more, and since it is a precision instrument, I am constantly worried about damaging it. 2.

3. You can find guides on the following websites But I like the Crixus guides better than the Cadence guides. The guides that work best on my Perigee II (KastKing from here on Amazon) are on my Perigee. I find those guides to be works of art. This is strength. Even though he is a featherweight, he has no worries. When in a 13-foot pool, the strongest forces have been pulling me to where I've been hanged, like a tree branch or vine, as well as rocks or reeds. This 5' Sea Eagle fast track angler kayak has a wind resistance rating of 1. Not a creak, groan, nor a worry can be heard. In regards to fish, these will never break unless there's been damage that's invisible, or the fish have been 6 *br*br The quality/aesthetics of the product. There is just the right amount of beauty in these. When I transport in a car, I don't worry about it as much as I would if I were flying. It is always a concern for me to avoid sharp impacts no matter what rod I am using. I put my Cadence in my hatchback last. On a scale of least concern, here is the order There was a Walmart rod, but it broke already and was under 20 bucks. Next will be 1 pic), 3 Crixus rods, followed by a Perigee II, and finally my Cadence, which was the last to load. In terms of aesthetics, my best looking rods are my Crixus and Cadences because of their minimalist, no-flash finishes. With some additional doodling, that is my Perigee II for minimalist but can flash because of gloss. This is
*5. I trust KK's partners for their Crixus rods as far as their manufacturing tolerances and consistency are concerned. Even though KastKing only has two stars The tip option Perigee II rod sections do not appear to seat. We will go the distance. It would still be good to get 10 or 15% off at checkout in addition to them seating internally enough. Impacts the function in no way. My order for another Perigee II has just been placed. There is a new Crixus as well. No aesthetic or other flaw can be found in the Crixus rods. 6 *br*br A sense of POWER, action, and situational awareness It looks like a pond to me, am I a weekender? He's the kind of guy who pulls over. A pro would ruin the hobby aspect and main reason I fish, so I'll never be one. My goal is to catch fish, so if I do, then that's This philosophy of maintaining quality at reasonable prices is what I live by every day. Rods from CRixus are, in my opinion, as good as they are In addition to the Ultralight, I have a 2000 Plueger President and a 4 pound monoflouro reel. The 'medium heavy' version of the bag is good, it's fast - 6' heavy. The bigger baits I want to frogging will work just fine with this. It's up there! I believe that quality over quantity is the path to success when it comes to how I fish, which is few bites. The whole world is a reflection of me. A med light or med heavy setting is appropriate. *In this category, the margins are all the same for 1st through 3rd places, with real world use in the real world There are three missions named Cadence, Perigee II, and My rod collection consists of 3 Crixus s, 2 Perigee IIs, and one Cadence.

There is a reason why it received one star reviews
3/5

I really like that the rod feels good in my hand and has good Due to the rod snapping in two the second time I used it, I am giving it a one star review. looked at the other reviews and found them to be exaggerated. ANY pressure on this rod will cause it to snap like a twig. Your money won't go to waste.

I love it! KastKing is my first rod from them, and I like it very much
5/5

My plan to buy a rod from KastKing has always been put on hold, but I always find an excuse to put it off. The fact that I already have several other rods tells me I don't actually need another. Anyway, I ended up picking up Crixus and I am very pleased with it. The rod arrived yesterday and I ended up testing it the same day for several hours. It seems like the rod is well built. The attention to detail is definitely evident, although there is one small spot where it looks like the rod is scuffed up in some way or something. This isn't a big issue since the construction is very solid and sturdy. The rod comes apart easily and is two pieces. It worked well with the KastKing Speed Deamon reel and I'm satisfied with the combination. In terms of feeling in the hand, it is very light and comfortable, it has a natural feel to it when you pick it up for the first time its grip is superb. I was also very impressed with the packaging the rod came in. The rod was wrapped in nylon bag with a sponge protector covering the top, then the bag and sponge protector were placed inside a My friends and I highly recommend the rod and company. We'll buy more from them in the future. For travel, I'm looking into the Telescopic KastKing Blackhawk rod, but I am not sure I can justify the price of such an expensive rod, so I will put it on hold for the moment.

It's okay if you like This is a better and cheaper pole than 8 Blackout! I just got my Crixus in today, and I took it right out to the pond
5/5

Frog fishing past dark is not usually something I do, but the bass were loving them A total of eight bass were caught in 30 minutes, ranging in size from 1 pound to My No. 1 reason for getting this pole was that I. It broke off the guide on the 8 Blackout rod, so I had to buy a new one. Compared to the Blackout, this pole feels so much better. The KastKing rod is under $50 and you guys have killed the game.

It is a lightweight rod, but it is very fragile
3/5

I was very disappointed with the rod when it broke the first time I used it while in normal use. During the battle, I got snagged on some structure and popped my rod tip repeatedly in order to remove it, and as a result the rod snapped in half at the point where the 2 rod segments meet. By how fragile this rod was, especially for a medium-sized rod, I was shocked (not in a good way) This has been an action-packed day. Neither my Berkley nor Abu Garcia casting rods have this issue I can boat flip a 5lb fish no problem with a Berkley or Abu Garcia casting rod. There is no telling whether I just received a faulty rod from the factory, or if it already had a defect that caused it to fail. KastKing products have been a staple in my fishing gear closet for years. As a member of their Voice of Anglers program, I'm happy with the products I've bought. It is, however, not a rod I would recommend over another brand since I am unsure it will even stand up to normal usage.
