This reel is one of two I have. I've thrown one quarter ounce, which is the lightest I've A little over 1/8 oz seems to be a bit much to me
have around 150 yards of power pro braid, and a 1 oz drop shot far to the north still leaves me with a decent amount of braid left over. I use 30lb braid on mine.
A gear ratio can be divided into two types The High Gear or XG 8 can be added to the High Gear. One of the High Gear ones is mine. This baby is a little more expensive, but her performance is amazing! My first one was sold, but almost immediately I went and bought another one!

am not sure if there is any real difference between this and a similar Curado DC model from the USA, but I like how sleek it looks with the black and minimal accents. This thing casts like a dream. Looks don't catch fish, at least not the ones on the water. Prior to this I did not believe the DC hype at all. I would give it a half star bump for being unique and Japanese, but this is a dream reel in and of itself. The thumb still gets a little work, but this is significantly less than what you need to do with a traditional bait cast. i have only used 1/2 oz jigs, spinners, and lipless so far, and they seem to work just fine. This is what you need. This is a great purchase that you won't regret.
It is a Shimano product It's amazing what DC5 digital control can do. There is no backlash and the cast is long and smooth. In my collection are Shimano SLX DC and Curado DC, both with i-Taps A digital control system for DC4. Casting is very good on both, but not perfect on every cast There is a backlash (time). This is a far superior reel to Scorpion. It is possible to fish in Let's now look at It is not possible to guarantee reels in the US. Unlike SLX or Curado, Scorpion has no hagane gear and is not as smooth in reeling. Only a small amount of difference can be discerned. In spite of these Scorpion, I would have never bought SLX DC and Curado DC if I found them first. The next Shimano DC reel to be released in the USA is the This i-phone has all the bells and whistles A warranty and control program for DC5. A price of $500 is proposed. I could get two Scorpions for an additional $100.
My DC collection came to an end with the purchase of this item. This is an above-average casting performance, better than the Curado DC, but not as good as the Metanium DC. (Probably because it has a DC5 brake system. It feels like the Curado I in the hand. as well. (You can reduce noise from it.
This is an excellent Another one is on my wish list. I actually fished it in the bay for the first time and caught 17 bay bass from shore on it. I had to increase the circumference setting from two to three in the outer dial to get it to cast even into the wind. Likewise, it arrived fast. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived there two days later.
You're getting a real DC reel here, and it's in excellent condition. A low profile and balanced design make it ideal for fishing rods. As with a DC reel, it makes a characteristic noise. It is easy to adjust the brakes for different lines, and an auto setting is available. Those looking for a quality DC reel that is not available in the domestic market (USA) should consider this reel, which is a nice step above the Curado. Despite its small size, this spool is still very nice.
I love how it works!.
C. It's an awesome reel, I don't have to fiddle with the brake settings since I can cast and fish right away. The only downside is its spool size, otherwise it's an excellent reel.
The casting reel is a subject I watch a lot of videos about. The experience was everything I had hoped for. When I wanted it long, I cast it. When I needed it short, I cast it.
