There are three of them. The depth of the pool is 25". X is 1 on my axes. An inch is on the springs and 75" on the legs. A total of 0 threads stick out. A 25" plate with a nut is also available.

Apparently did not come with any nuts! I just happened to have some My kit came off the line at a time when the inspector was taking a smoke break.
There is no steel finish on the U bolts as shown, but instead, they are gold zinc. I actually only needed the small U Bolts (to mount custom brackets to Thule square roof bars) because the other hardware was good quality.
It arrived on time and seems heavy enough and I will update if I encounter any problems in the future.
The steel is hardened, so it will rust easily.
This item needs to be returned. We are looking for bolts with a diameter of 5/8 but we have no details of the size.
It ended up only being tie plates that were needed.
The buttons are easy to use and work.
