Can you tell me what the outer diameter of a date is?

It is 8mm.

Can these arrows handle the poundage these arrows are rated ?

The spines of these bows are likely to be about 600, maybe 700 pounds, so DO NOT use them with bows over 40lb. My 60lb longbow is a very large bow, so I ordered them and tested the arrow flex in my hand alone. They are quite weak.

It is surprising how well these fly, stay together, and are easy to remove from the target at such a low price. These are probably what you need when you have a stickbow under 30 pounds!.

These 45# flat bows are the best I've tried out of my 28 inch flat bows. The two of them seemed to have been made for each other. It is also very durable, I have shot some off into the woods without any damage to the product. I give this product 5 stars all around, it is a good buy that you won't regret.

I find these arrows to be excellent. do have a lot of brightness Shooting with them outside would be great since they're not likely to get lost. However, I wouldn't take them hunting because you can see them from quite a distance.
They are excellent for practice of target shots. This is a good price and an accurate product. I would buy them again in the future.
