It's a product I have used numerous times, between 20 and 30 years old There are 40 YDS and they all fly at the same altitude. The past few years have been fine.
Then yes, they are appropriate. The rest of the posters are correct when they say this weighs over 400 pounds. The weight of these two revolvers is roughly 412 grams with a 100 grain tip. In chapter 13, there are 13 points. There is only one weight of carbon shaft at 78gpi. In addition to the vane, knock, and insert weights, some have 3" vanes, some have 4", and some use moon knocks that are lighter than blunt face knocks. In addition some use aluminum inserts and some use brass inserts. But to cut to the chase .. there are too many factors to list. If you choose the 3" vanes, moon knock and aluminum insert, it will be the lightest option. The total weight from these should be around 412gr, and they only get heavier from here on out.
A weight of between 412 to 414 grams is more likely to occur. RCBS powder scale allowed me to weigh 12 of these brand new arrows on a RCBS scale accurately measuring the weight of the weight of the powder. Averaging 311 for the 12 arrows, the score was pretty good. There is only one 311 that is lighter than the rest of them. The weight of 1 gram. Three hundred and twelve pounds is the heaviest. The weight is 8 grams. There are four components to the shaft the carbon shaft, the insert, the fletching, and the nock. ** NOTE The fields points of 100 grams were not included in these weights. In addition to a 100 gr field point or 100 gr broadhead, you have a total of 412 gr arrow you can use
Whenever I use strikers broadhead triple blades I'm irritated by the noise. Shooting like a field point is what they do. My experience suggests so, at least. My friends who use muzzy have not yet tried any other broadheads, but I know that they do. This will enable you to drive the bolt into the blade if the vanes are positioned to meet.

Don't order unless you are extremely cautious! These bolts I received were old and for an older lighter crossbow, but they were Barnett bolts. Upon weighing the bolts, I found they only weigh 290 grains, not the 310 grains the current Barnett Headhunter bolts weigh. As stated on the packaging, these bolts are not intended for use with the Ghost 350. In an attempt to verify the model number on bolts, I called Barnett, and the staff assured me they are old and do not fit These bolts date back at least 9 years based on their packaging mentioning the "New 2007 Model Bow. " (see photo). Newer crossbows are at risk of damage from use of these bolts, according to the staff. Make sure you buy with caution! It would be beneficial for the seller to indicate bolt weight clearly in.
Target shooting and practicing on the archery range are some of the reasons I bought these. Despite the fact that the manual for my Barnett Wildcat C6 crossbow states a 410 grain minimum weight for bolts and some questions and reviews indicate anywhere from 360 grain to 410 grain, I have chosen to use 400 grain bolts. Moreover, I liked these crossbow bolts for including the 100 grain field points, which are not available on some other crossbow bolts sold by They were useful to me anyway, so I was glad to have them. I attributed the differences that I noted to changes to the design and manufacturing since I purchased my crossbow several years ago, even though nominally these are the same as the Barnett Headhunter bolts that came with my crossbow. Barnett Headhunter Custom Carbon 20" is the brand name of both. Both originals were created by The bags are branded with Easton and have "Made in USA" on the back. There is nothing in common with these Easton is branded on the box along with the words "Made in China. ". The weight of 1 g or approximately 1 tsp. In addition to the fletching being shorter, the nocking is a little different, being the half-hundredth of a half-dozen. A moon-filled night In the same vein as Nock). On the other hand, even more significant may be the fact that the center of gravity (the point at which the bolt balances front to back) is slightly forward (closer to the point) on these, compared with the originals, which could ultimately impact trajectory. In conclusion, the weights are as follows It is labeled as having a total weight of 415 grains. when the average is calculated based on all five, it is Each grain must be 1 grain A total of five Each of them is in the +/- range My scale is calibrated to five grains per gram. As a check, I used an electronic scale from a different manufacturer as well. The 415 grains listed on the label could be due to a crappy rounding error in either measurement or conversion (if it was measured on a scale that reads out grams instead of Since these were sold by Barnett and not a third-party seller when I purchased them, I believe they to be genuine, and not fakes A copy that looks exactly like the original. Barnett Headhunter bolts appear to be of high quality, but they are very different from previous releases in subtle, but noticeable ways. This situation is particularly troubling because of the significant difference between the labeled weight of 415 grains and the actual weight of 400 grains. Despite being made by Barnett and sold by Barnett, these bolts are not like the previous Headhunter bolts that you may have purchased or seen.
It is easy to screw on the field tips by hand and they stay on well. It is a straight and true flight for them. The half moon nock is made of carbon, and is 20 inches long. The bolts/arrows were awesome (however you feel about referring to.
It is only for the condition of the bolts and that they were as I ordered that I am writing this review. - I agree to it on the condition that read some reviews where they were not properly packed in their box and the fletching had been In my case, the arrows were held in a plastic holder held apart by two plastic holders located on either side of the box There is no damage to the Additionally, all of the tacks and inserts were In the box, there was also a list of field points. The situation is fine. In the end, though, there are Barnett Headhunters are responsible for recruiting and selecting employees Easton makes a range of products. This is exactly how they are labeled and exactly match the bolts that came with my new Barnett Ghost 360, which was brand new. We just got it from Barnett and it was packed by them in December.
Some folks have said of them that they are not the correct weight- The exact details are not known to me. A quality scale that measures in grams is available to me When the 100 grain field points are installed, the balls weigh 26 grams. They are all the same. 401 grains are contained in the amount. Due to there being 15, they are still The grain weight in a gram is four grains Despite their weight, my scale would only register 27 grams when they weighed 416 grains. Here is some information I hope will help.
The bolts came with my Barnett Jackal exactly the same as these ones. Just like the old ones, these ones flutter and group together. When I bought the styrofoam target for archery, there was no fletching on the bolts, so all of the bolts went right through it. Because of this I ruined all the bolts provided with my crossbow, and I do not have time to replace the fletching (or even know if such a thing can be done). I was able to find these bolts, and like I said, they are exactly the same as those that came Now they have a new target to hit that doesn't penetrate as.
My Crosman Sniper 370 crossbow came with package bolts that had to be replaced. These replaced them. My groups were going from 3 inches to 1 inches at 50 yards so I changed to cheapo bolts. No matter how far your crossbow can shoot, these bolts will produce predictable tight groups.
As of right now, I can only hunt comfortably. There is no accuracy in these arrows or bolts. Barnett did not respond to my complaint after I wrote to him. The Barnett arrows I have for my Barnett Brotherhood Crossbow come in two packs of five arrows each. I shoot in my basement with a rest usually at 27 yards to check accuracy. Two arrows seem to hit where I aim, but the rest of them seem to miss (12 arrows were damaged while shooting targets. 1) I marked each "off" arrow's vane with the following in shorthand one inch high and two inches right, one inch high or one inch high and two inches right. They always hit in the same place, no matter how many times I shoot. The majority of the time is off Upon weighing the arrows, they have a margin of error of The grain count is not very significant at that range, and to cock the crossbow you always follow the same procedure. In light of the fact that I have two sets of these arrows, why do they not seem When it comes to the "spray," it becomes more problematic at longer ranges. My original set of 10 arrows consists of only two that I'm comfortable hunting with at this point.
