All by themselves, my sixth graders were able to put this goal together (correctly). The assembly isn't difficult or time-consuming, but it did take them 40 minutes the first time. Since they now know what to do, subsequent assembly attempts have taken about ten minutes less. br>br>For folding up the goal, the same feedback applies. My husband assisted them, and while it was not a difficult task, it did take him about 15 minutes. However. the more time spent setting up / tear-up The reason for this is that the goal is of higher quality and much more durable than some of the bendable metal frame styles that can be set up in under 30 seconds. This goal can easily withstand high-speed hits from a lacrosse ball while remaining intact. br>br>Despite its large size, the goal is not overly heavy, which is a huge plus because my elementary school-aged child and I can easily pick it up and move it around the yard, onto the patio when my husband mows the lawn, and so on, eliminating the need to tear it down after each use. br>br>The goal comes with a duffle bag, making transporting it a breeze. br>br>This is a fantastic goal in general. My children's lacrosse shooting skills have greatly improved as a result of using it. We are pleased with this product and would recommend it to others.
The following are the reasons. I wish these had been available when I was in middle school. I had several portable goals that I managed to destroy in weeks due to low2hi shots ripping the corner of the net, and this was the best lacrosse related purchase I've made in a long time. Totally worth the price. I've already worked hard on this goal this month and have yet to see any results. The frame is solid, and it's actually quite simple to assemble. It took about 7 minutes for me to complete this task. I don't see why a second person would be required to construct and transport it. I can carry the entire goal back and forth to my car with little effort once the pieces are in the bag. 5 out of 5 definitely.
We needed a portable lacrosse net, and this fits the bill perfectly. Developing a system for assembly will take some trial and error, but it now takes about five minutes to set up. Velcro and sleeves keep the net in place, which I expected to be a problem. Not in the least. After a dozen uses, the Velcro hasn't frayed. The net is strong and well-balanced. br>I have a gripe. The bar is put together by matching up stickers, which fall off during the process. I had to etch the paint again, which isn't a problem if you have a Dremel. Oh, and the carry bag had holes in it when it arrived. I sent a photo to the manufacturer, and they promptly replaced it. SERVICE WAS AMAZING. br>This net is less expensive than most nets and is completely portable, unlike the others, which only "fold in half. ".
This goal came as a pleasant surprise to me! I had heard bad things about portable goals, so this was my first time purchasing one. I had a little trouble putting it together the first time, but once I got the hang of it, my next set up took less than 10 minutes (all by myself). The numbers must match (5 to 5), and the numbers must be visible on the same side of the poles (as shown in my photo). Also, one side of the goal has odds, while the other has evens. Once you get the hang of it, it's not difficult to put together. br>br>The net is quite heavy, and I was expecting something a little lighter. Nope! It's simple to velcro around the poles, and the velcro is extremely durable. I don't particularly enjoy velcroing the net in place, but it has gotten easier with each set-up and take-down. br>br>I'm a coach attempting to resurrect a program that was decimated by COVID. I'm happy with my purchase because it allows me to take my private lessons on the go and earn more money!.
What distinguishes this as mobile? The term "portable" refers to the ability to move from one location to another. foldable? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, and I don't know about you, but I don't have time to disassemble metal piping, slip a net over it, and then put it back together. time and time again When I see the phrase "portable goal-keeper," I immediately think of They imply that Assemble the goal, then fold it up to transport it to another location. DO NOT BUY if you plan to use it as part of your lacrosse workout at the park.
Team from the fifth grade. She enjoys playing goalie, and she was disappointed that she couldn't improve her skills because of the pandemic. For her, achieving the goal is a lifelong ambition. br>br>The frame was very simple to put together, and the instructions were simple to follow. The frame's powder coating appears to be quite thick, so I expect it to last a long time. The spring locks used to join the frame pieces appear to be of good quality. br>br>The net was a little difficult to put together, but with some coaxing and pulling, I was able to get it done. The velcro and net seams appear to have very strong stitching. br>br>My daughter is overjoyed that she will be able to practice her skills, and I am pleased with the goal's quality.
This is a backup net that I bought to take with me when I travel. I tried for an hour to put it together, but the two top bars would not line up properly. I tried rearranging the poles and pushing and shoving but couldn't get it to lock in. My friend purchased the same net and experienced the same problem. It's almost as if the holes weren't properly drilled. I'm disappointed because the net appeared to be of good quality, and the netting itself was adequate for the price; I wish it had worked out.
