Unlike flat strap to goal blockers, which can only be used from the center and are unrealistic shapes, the 11th man lacrosse goal target can be placed on any arc to allow you to practice your shot from all angles.

MULTIPLE DEFENSIVE APPLICATIONS: The 11th man can also be used as a defender to practice dodging and screen shots in the presence of real defenders. Assign goalies and defenders to 2-3 players.

Jerry, as the kids refer to him, is a tough cookie. Although we have the full-size version, our two high school boys have used him for two seasons of backyard practice and he is still standing tall.

New goalie training equipment for lacrosse is incredible

I already own a high-quality elevate sports agility ladder, so I bought this 11th man dummy for my son, who has never had so much fun shooting in the backyard! It was incredibly simple to set up, taking only 4 minutes with the included pump, and it also feels extremely durable. My son said he'd used strap goal targets before, but this was ten times more fun and much more realistic for him to practice with. If you don't have a backyard, it's also portable; we deflated it and took it to his team's practice the other day, where we used the pump to inflate it on the field in under a minute because they didn't have a goalie that day. This is an incredible product. I've never seen one before, but I believe anyone would enjoy it.

It's a lot cooler than I thought it would be

This is an excellent product, and I intend to purchase the larger version as well. It's a lot more fun and versatile than flat tarp products, and it's also a lot easier to put up. Kid shoots at a high rate of 90 or more. there are no issues.
