When you buy any of the vests that can hold at least 100 lbs of weight, then you can add or remove weight in 3 lbs It is made of iron weights weighing 3lb each. In order to make everything more accurate, I purchased one vest that came with exactly 100lbs. Even though I do not own one of the vests that come with less than 100lbs of weight, it is my understanding that they are weighted with bags full of iron ore (i.e. A substance similar to sand). Those bags full of iron ore are, from what I understand, much bigger than 3 lbs each, but I am not sure what their weight is. Additionally, some reviewers complained that the plastic bags from which the sand was taken couldn't be easily removed and/or replaced after removing it. As a result, if you opt to remove weight from a vest which comes with less than 100 lbs of weight, you will have to adjust weight in much larger increments than just 3 lbs, and you may not be able to replace the weights after they have been
It is only possible to order the 100 lbs weight vest, and there is only space for 100 lbs, if you wish to order the 140 max, you will have to pay more.
A size XXL in T-shirts fits me well I am still not comfortable wearing this length of shirts. However, it could be shortened in the torso as it does run a bit long.
My height is 6'0" and my weight is 325 lbs. I wear a 3XL shirt and this fits well Betting on 4 would be my choice Despite the 5xl restriction, this could still be possible.

It seems as though I've already lost one sand bag and others are going to follow since it's falling apart at the bottom. As I don't know why but I had no issue before, but I haven't used it for more than two months so I shouldn't be experiencing this problem. The item I purchased needs to be refunded or I need to replace it.
The design is very well thought out & well executed. I would buy this product The problem is. The darn shoulder pads must be included. I'm so stupid! It is important to state before I go any further that you should never run in a weight vest. Other options include stair climbing, walking, and using an I'm fine with that, but you need to wear a weight vest while you run, and you may need to see an orthopedic surgeon at some point. It doesn't have enough variety in sizes. The fronts of the clothes hang too much. The problem is. TAKE NOTE OF THIS. The shoulder pads are not installed at this point. The only issue I have with it is that. You should be able to remove the shoulder pads from the vest. If I were to use the vest without pads for more than 10 minutes, I would have to stop. Therefore, it makes no sense to charge more for them and make them an optional option. Because I cannot even imagine a buyer not wanting the pads after investing in this vest, I would prefer for the company to just sell it with them. Hence, I would say that you should buy the vest with pads that come with it. The report should include them even though they shouldn't be excluded. It is important to include them. Nonetheless, it is an excellent vest despite this slight flaw. Exercises with it are tight and firm, and it is a great addition to any workout program. Buying it again (with the shoulder pads) wouldn't be a problem for me.
It is not my habit to write reviews unless it is something fascinating I'm sorry, but its either something incredibly awesome or severely defective. Sadly, the latter is the case. The vest arrived packaged and I was ready to wear it the moment I received it. I purchased the 40lb option, and it arrived packaged and ready to wear. Having not upped my weight to the 40lbs, I took out all but 8lbs / 2 bags (the bags on this vest go up in 4lb increments). The one in front went in a center pocket, while the other went in the rear As you can see below, I've used this vest as follows Six mile sprint intervals), pull ups, and other exercises aiding lower body strength. Ever since I started using the vest in late March, I used it once a day - every day for a month. A couple of times per My workout clothes were covered in black dust just this past week (just a little over 2 weeks after my return). It was time to take off the vest and remove the bags on my front and back. In each bag, the bottom was wearing out and the holes had formed on the bag were allowing loose sand or charcoal particles to leak This not only ruined my clothes, it caused the vest to lose weight by the loss of sand. I suppose I can just replace these two bags with two more bags I'm not using right now, but ultimately I hope to use all the bags and use all the 40lbs we We all know that there will be a time when ALL bags will be the same Just from the routine use that one would expect to see from the purchase of this equipment, the equipment is wearing out and leaking sand. It is not the appropriate material for those bags to use VERY THIN nylon material (almost as thick / as soft as a umbrella). My review is therefore based on that. This vest is of excellent quality The vest is all that is needed This application is pretty nice, which is why I did not give it 1 star. This vest has an adjustable waist and it is made out of solid material. In general, the bags are secure and don't bounce too much. If you run in them you will thank me later. I went with the shoulder pads. It is unclear whether Amazon will do anything about this, but it is a problem. In the same boat as me, maybe you need to add some black duct tape to your cart so that you can help fix the broken bags issue.
