Questions & Answers

Does it really annoy you to run it on all the time? If it's tight in the middle or around the chest, will it bounce up and down on your shoulders?

The black one I have is exactly the same and for the price, plus the weights, that's a good deal. The bounce is real, but so is the bounce of the ones that cost over $150, and those do NOT come with Yes, definitely worth the purchase. This is actually the second one I am buying

Does the vest (without the weights) need to be washed by machine?

In the same way as with canvas, use cold or cool water during the cleaning process. During the regular cycle, I used cold. This must not be dried in the dryer! I let the sun and air hit for a bit over an hour and I was ready I didn't have to wait long for the old paper to dry Due to the fabric in the vest, when you take it out of the washer, it is not as wet as you might think it would be.

Does "ONLY 12" in width mean that it is only 12 inches wide? What is the general rule of thumb?

The 12" indicates this is adjustable, but I'm not sure what this means. The weight of my body is 160 lbs and the height is about 32 I have a 33-inch waist, which leaves plenty of room for the velcro strap to be wrapped

Is there a way to remove the weight bags (sand)?

Four of them can be removed out of the 10 available. The weight of each is 4lbs

I highly recommend this book
4/5

In order to order this product, I had to have exactly what I had in mind. It is not an over the top fancy weighted vest, but it does the job. My weighted vest training began when I was about 30 years old. Since then, I have had sex with three former Miss America winners from the 1980s and seven from the 90s. There is something about my weighted vest trained body that makes me irresistible. I have seen 99% positive reviews of this Cross 101 Adjustable Weighted Vest, and 1% negative reviews. As a cons, I only have my broken marriage and my cat, Harry, with her, and she left me, although I don't care much being sloppy from Miss Kentucky '88. Apart from that, I would recommend this book.

It is a good vest
5/5

I would definitely recommend it. The only problem is that it rubs on my biceps pretty badly. I'm currently trying to come up with some way to prevent it from happening. It's just the shape of the vest that makes it likely to rub there just because it will rub in that spot. As a whole it seems easy to add and subtract weights ( I saw comments that said otherwise &mdash My guess is that they're just playing with each other). In addition to fitting well, it is also a good size. In terms of body weight, I am 5'4" and 145 lbs, without muscle, I would be 130 lbs or less. A nice fit is provided by the vest as well. Doing weighted lunges while wearing a vest and using dumbbells grants me a great amount of range of motion. The bulkiness is a bit excessive when I am doing a heavy pull-up Ups (unlike the vest, my size isn't an issue with the vest, I just force it to fit because I'm not shy). It is amazing how the strap wraps around the torso! It was nice and I enjoyed it. Good security in a quiet, safe location. Although I don't wear a water bottle in my vest, I do clip my keys to the holder for my water bottle or keep my keys inside weight slots. If you ask me, I would buy this vest again for sure and would recommend it. A. & B. I had an iced coffee when the picture was taken. I had a rough night the night before!.

It is of the highest There have been some reviews that say this has a tendency to become uncomfortable after wearing it for a while
5/5

Once you have worn the vest for a longer period of time, you become stronger and no longer notice it the pain is that pronounced, you can take out some weights in an even way. Honestly, it is among the nicest things I've ever purchased online and probably will last longer than anything else. It is very comfortable for myself, and since I am not the largest framed man- it is extremely durable. I am 5'10" and weigh 190lbs, but if you are even taller or heavier then I can help you out Even then, it is pretty well adjustable for size. I would give it a 5 star rating. I was hoping for 40lb, but I'm glad I was able to go with As for now, it is perfect for me since I am focusing on endurance and static strength.

Brings your workout to the next level
3/5

Then again. I thought I could fairly easily handle adding an extra 40lbs to my frame by purchasing this vest and shoulder pads at the same time. I'm not a small guy and I don't think I can. In fact, it's not so much the weight per se that causes the problem, but the fact that it's primarily concentrated in each trapezius muscle of the A little more than an It gets painful when you add that on top of it. A week or so later, I decided to buy pads. As for the vest It's fine, if a bit Adding 40 pounds to your body can ramp up your intensity during physical activities. As far as functionality is concerned, I have not had any complaints when using them during squats or cardio training on my elliptical/treadmill machines or for other standing or even seated weight exercises in which the extra bulk does not hinder movement. It seems the new vest emits a foul odor according to a few comments I read. Despite the fact that there is one, I don't have any particular problems with it. Despite my best intentions, I haven't tried it in the laundry cycle yet to see what effect it has on the neutralizing effect. There are two "weights" on the vest, which may be cylinders of sand, and they can be easily removed if one wishes to reduce the burden. The vest is firmly attached to the body via Velcro straps, even while running (on a treadmill). In addition to this, I have another concern that is sensitive and personal, and I'm eager to see if they approve. This is only something I mention because I want to be thorough with this review, and I feel it's noteworthy to mention. When I put it on in the mirror before going out for a run, it looks (to the untrained eye) like a flak jacket or a bomb vest. I may be overreacting, but that doesn't seem like a very good look today. believe the vest is also available in black, but am not sure if that would meet my needs. It may be that I am the only one with this thinking and that you may do what you please with this. It's worth mentioning, but I didn't find it to be in the most logical order. However, I have not yet had a chance to use it outside. This is all- With all of these issues aside, I am not dissatisfied with my As far as I can tell, it does what I bought it for, and I understand it is.

Wear a vest that fits your workout routine if you are working out with P90X
3/5

This vest will be used for my P90 workouts. I wanted to add a little weight to give me a little change of pace, minimizing the number of repetitions. When you're working out hard and having trouble breathing, smelling up fish is the last thing on your mind. It does smell like fish though, and I'm sure that will cease over time, but it is weird when you smell up fish while working out and having trouble breathing. You can consider this vest as being pretty sturdy, so you can use it if you're looking for that, but it also does not play any role in movement. It was like when I strapped it on tight, it was hard to breathe. As a result, you have to leave it somewhat loose, causing it to bounce back and sag behind AWE020C) Adjustable Weighted Vest, 20 - 24 pounds The pound is a unit of weight Also on Amazon but it just expands so you can wear it while your breath is still allowed. It is definitely more comfortable and does not hold up as well as the Amazon product. There's no guarantee it will hold up, but I am not giving it a heavy pounding, so I am focused on breathing and keeping it In that case, I would look in that direction if you are doing the P90X workouts instead of In addition to being hard on my shoulders, this stitching was also tiring. If you buy this, you'll need to wear a shirt with sleeves, as you'll get raw rub marks if you don't.

Definitely recommend this vest for exercise! It is great for working out! Pullups, pushups and lying down are also possible with this machine Besides feeling awesome, it will also look snazzy on you when you're doing pull-ups or lunges
4/5

Since I've been wearing it for almost every work out now, the vest is of good quality in terms of its materials and construction. As for the 4 stars, there is only one thing I would like for it to be I wish I could wear it while running. Choosing a 2 was the right choice for me. In two places where I was rubbing it, it tore me up after a 5 mile run.
