Okay, I got the 20 vest, which weighed 11 pounds without the weights. They were also sent out in numbers of six and one. There are five different types of weight. I'm going to start with 11 pounds and work my way up. The vest is available in three sizes; please see the page to determine which one you need. a note of caution It's ideal for power walks, in my opinion. I only wear the vest when I go for a walk or when I'm at home.
I'm not sure what the answer is, but the vest should have included the weights you require. The vest is constructed and tailored to accommodate the weights that are purchased with it.

For me, it's a great workout vest because I can pull it tight and it stays in place: 6"/190, but I don't use it for running or jogging. My wife is 5 years old. She jogs with 5/130; she uses it. If you plan on running or jogging, you may want to have an extra band to tighten around your upper chest area. With or without the extra weight, the vest bounces when jogging or running. It's simply a matter of deciding how to employ it. We've been pleased with the ease with which we've been able to add weight as needed.

br>br>I've worked out in this vest for about one hour in total time. br>br>To begin, the overall build quality and quality of the materials on the best appear to be as advertised. They're extremely plush and well-made. However, unlike the advertisements, the vest bounces around a lot on me when I run, and I've even tightened the side straps as far as they'll go. I'm 6'0" and weigh around 200 lbs, so I'm pretty filling it in, but on my runs, the best bounces far too much for me to run without constantly keeping my hands on it to keep it from moving. This significantly slows down my runs, and I won't be running with this vest again until I figure out a way to keep it in place. br>br>On the plus side, this vest is great for body weight exercises like squats, lunges, and pull-ups (workouts that keep your body upright). Even with the straps tightened all the way, whenever I do an exercise with my body parallel to the ground, the best sags quite a bit towards the ground.
One final point to remember that when all three weights are used on the front side, the velcro strap that is used to keep the storage pocket As a result, when running, the storage pocket bounced around as well.
The money spent was not well spent. Not by a long shot. I'm 5'9 and 170 pounds with an above-average sized chest, and even with the straps fully tightened, the vest bounces far too much to run in without holding it down. It's nowhere near a flush-fitting, comfortable fit. This is a disappointment because I purchased the vest primarily to run in. It has the appearance of being built for a 250-pound man with a large stomach. As a result, I pity any women who were duped into purchasing it. The amount of slack provided by the straps is ridiculous, as if the manufacturer expected morbidly obese men to be the primary purchasers of this vest; the only upside is that I can still do body weight exercises in it. This vest had an absurdly high price tag. This is probably the most dissatisfying Amazon purchase I've ever made, based on the price I paid. That's how much of a waste this was, and I believe this is the only negative review I've ever written for a product. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RUN IN IT, DO NOT BUY IT.
It appears to be in good condition. Vest weighs 4 pounds without weights, and 1 pound weights can be added or removed for a total weight of up to 10 pounds.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a little too big, but I'm assuming this is due to the fact that it's uni-sized. Because of the sex, the body of a man must be considered, and I am only 5'1". I had a hard time finding a vest with adjustable weight that wasn't too expensive, so this is a great place to start. I love the vest and wear it at least three times a week.
Updatebr>br>After about 2 weeks, I finally received a response from Aduro. I responded, and they referred me to an Amazon seller two weeks later. After three weeks, they have yet to respond. br>br>I wore the vest for about a month before it began to fall apart after three weeks. Weight beads began to fall out in a number of places after being used for about three hours. Every week, four times. Simple body weight exercises with no running or prolonged use. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no response.
32 pound body weight vest for men, women, and children. " The box said 4- when I got it. ten pounds So I went back and read the product details, only to discover that, yes, I had overlooked it in the description. It only goes up to a weight of ten pounds. Don't bother; I already have a good working 12 pound weight harness that I bought for half the price. $60 is a lot of money!.
I'm not familiar with weighted vests, but this one appears to be poorly designed. I assumed that choosing this vest based on its appearance and price would be a safe bet, but it is simply unusable. I tried jumping rope, stair climbing, treadmill, bench situps, and shadow boxing, but nothing seemed to work. I'm 5'10" and 165 pounds, and no matter how tight I make it, it still bounces around. I'd also like to know who thought it was a good idea to have a non-removable baseball-sized ball of sand concentrated in the center of your sternum. Even if the vest is empty, it comes back and smacks you when you bounce. I'd keep this vest solely for weighted pull ups if it wasn't $100, but I had a more comfortable setup back in the day when I bought an 80 pound bag of concrete and filled grocery bags with around 20 lbs each, duck taped them, and put them in a crappy backpack, so I'm not paying $100 for something that can be done more comfortably for $10.
I wear it around the house and while walking. It doesn't move or slip at all, and I like that the weights are adjustable, as well as the extra weights. It was well worth the money.
