Spacer plates comprised of almost no weight are included among the plates. A separate weighted plate is available for purchase. Weighing 15 pounds and 5 pounds, the handle and base are in a similar size.
There is the same product from Fitness Gear (Dick's Sporting Goods' house brand). The diameter is 6 1/4" and the thickness is 7/8". In this case, the diameter is roughly the same as the kettlebell's base plate. My 5 lb Weider standard plates align with the dimensions of the spacer. It is about 1/8" larger in diameter and is a bit thinner than the Fitness Gear 5 lb plates.
This is where spacers come in handy. In the bottom plate, the screw runs through. These spacers ensure that the additional weight stays in place. In the absence of spacers, the added plates will be free to move during exercises.
There is approximately 8 inches of top height and 5 1/2 inches of bottom height. The girth of the animal is 4 inches.

The one I have been using has worked I broke the little plastic piece attached to the rod/screw holding the weights on the other bell when I used it for the second time. These are great products and I'm so bummed that they're being discontinued. The return period for Amazon has passed by 3 days. The seller has not responded yet, so I need to contact the seller to find out whether I can receive a replacement or not.
Here are the four that I have I have put 10 lb plates on it for very long (which you're not supposed to do) and it still holds up just fine. Considering I am not some mysterious kettle bell master from the USSR, I use it at least twice a week in order to keep in shape. The set I got here didn't cover everything I needed, and I hadn't the space or money to buy a complete set.
A change is a bad thing. It took up a lot of space with my fixed KB collection, so I bought this device to try out. A bunch of 1 inch 10lb plates that were not being used were available to me, so I experimented with them. Notice that the small discs on the picture are just plastic spacers for removing when not loading Weight 20 lbs. It's 15 pounds and 5 pounds for the handle and 5 pounds for the base, so you're at 20 pounds without any No protrusion on the bottom allows the device to sit flat on the floor. In order to secure the part, it must be There is a major issue here. It's a complete waste of time changing plates during a workout, and a double suck is a waste of time. Say that you are using 50 pounds total and that you would like to add a plate, so that you can make it 60 pounds. It's time to call it a day. It needs to be turned Make sure the bottom is not too tight. Having the plates and discs slip around makes it harder to balance. If you are adding a plate, be sure to align the holes. Adapters should be tightened and retightened. There is too much time and effort involved. It has now slowed your heart rate. As you cool off, your body temperature is decreasing. *BR>The second problem is that this system requires a lot of power. If you are using this, do not attempt cleans or racks. In addition, it differs completely from a static, round KB because it is made of 10 lb plates. The only time I use this is for swing sets where I do not plan on changing out the equipment. It is not what I had in mind to obtain the weight I needed if I used 5lb plates. As well, the piece that tightens on the bottom will not stay in place. You can just fit your fingers in the recessed indent, but you won't be able to hold it I've never had an issue with weights coming off or any issues with anything but the handle can become loose and the weights are likely to The bottom piece is plastic covered, so I tap it with a hammer but it damages the piece. As far as I'm concerned, I just plan on loading this with 50 or 60 pounds total and leave it In fact, this kind of defeats the purpose of my purchase.
As you can see, changing the weight takes a long time, so a bit of planning is necessary. In the exercise market, there is so much junk that finding something that isn't a disappointment is like finding Please note In this case, you will not need to purchase additional weights since you already own standard 5lb bar weights. If not, you will have to pay more.
It's not exactly ergonomic, but it will do the job. The lack of weight plates may be the reason why there are so many negative reviews about it. It is clearly indicated in the description that it comes with spacer discs, which are replaced by standard weights, which can be purchased Discs and plates can easily be added or removed, and they seem to stay securely in place. The birds have not yet taken to the skies. Because I am used to using kettlebells at the gym, it is confusing to me to use a large handle when I am using relatively light weights, but I can get used to it. It is only noticeable when swinging that the handle size changes- For carrying, goblet squats, and heavy lifting, it does not really matter.
In a year, I used the kettlebell 15 minutes a week for 20 pounds and it broke after 12 hours of use (15 minutes per week). As it turned out, the triangular piece that holds the weights to the center axle only has three small spot welds throughout. I would suggest that a screw will hold it firmly in place. As it is, I will mark it down because Amazon refuses to support the product after a year, and the manufacturer isn't even online. So although the product seemed great at first, there was a flimsy part built into it and it was hard to get.
I would like to start out by saying that it is a great product. It is sturdy, has great metal studded texture and is easy for various exercises to grip. It is a larger size in my opinion, but I appreciate that it can be modified to hold more weight plates, which is a big plus for me and my family. This product is heavy, easy to hold, and works as expected. There are more plates available for additional weight (only one 5 lb plate is included with my order) Cons This kettle bell is bulkier than some other Occasionally, the bottom nut will become loose during use, so you must tighten it. Generally, I think it is a wonderful addition to my use of my small workout space at home, which is small but functional.
The idea of adjusting weights seemed good to me. I liked the look of the product. Since I haven't tested with full weight, I am not sure about the strength of the handle. My preferred alternative would have been a longer thread length and a more pronounced screw post, which holds the kettle handle to the weight stack. Since I haven't been able to test at full capacity, I haven't yet tested fully. Other than that, it's a good idea In addition, the finish of the product is slightly textured, which ensures that the product will grip well, without ever using rough castings or edges that will harm the user.
