Questions & Answers

Which type of kitchen burning device is more suitable for home use cast iron or competition? If KB is best for scouring, cleaning, whereas cast iron is better for squats and goblet squats, which is better for staches and cleans?

Although I don't own any competition kettlebells, I have several cast iron kettlebells at home. There are three things you need to remember about the competition ones, as far as I have seen. It doesn't matter what weight they are, the size always remains the same. The second reason is that they are designed for only one hand. The third reason is that there is more complexity involved with them given their consistency of size. The fourth reason is that they are more expensive. *br>*br>If you are using it at home, I would recommend cast iron. In terms of kettlebells for home use, competition kettlebells are consistent between all sizes, and that is their only real advantage. According to the information I have found online, this can matter to some people. The different size isn't a big deal to me, but it can matter to others. In general, a decent cast-in kettlebell is good for one or two hands, while a competition kettlebell is difficult to hold with two hands since they are designed to be used with one hand. A kettlebell used in competition is more complex, as I mentioned. It seems that most kettlebells are made in such a way that they are filled with a metal that adds weight (although there are some upscale kettlebell manufacturers who make their weight from carbon fiber. A kettlebell that does not suffer from this problem. There is the possibility that this could come loose, leaving you with an annoying Besides being more expensive, competition kettlebells are also more durable. *br> *br>In my opinion,

Does the quality of the name brand match that of the generic?

The quality of the product is excellent in my opinion. My kettle bell was just what I had been looking A smooth surface with no rough points. There are no pieces at all.

Do the bottoms lie flat on the ground to prevent wobbling?

Because I just received two 45 lb bells, I am extremely concerned about quality control. They are extremely wobbly. The question was originally asked in 2012, but since then the question hasn't been asked.

Is it possible for you to hold the 10 pound kettlebell with both ?

Your answer to the question is yes. When I do kettle bell swings, I use both hands.

There is a lot of weight According to the advertisement, the product was delivered
5/5

It is heavy, and that is the only negative I can think of. I think it was about 15 pounds. My body becomes fatigued and I begin to sweat after repeatedly lifting it. It doesn't matter how I lift it fatigue and sweat always result. I would return it for these reasons in a box, but I don't want to lift it into a box and then to UPS.

Look out for any This was a great price, but I only bought 2 of the 20 lb bags
3/5

The two flaws they both shared were size and the following Since the bottoms are not flat, they wobble easily, preventing you from performing KB pushups or any other exercise that requires you to press downward on the handle. The exercises on these two KBs are the main reason I purchased them! The second paragraph. Despite the issue with the inside of the handle, there is a jagged edge in the middle of the handle that will scrape your hands. We'll see if these were from one bad run at the factory, but we returned them rather than risk getting more. I have to give credit to Amazon for making the return process easy.

Kettlebells are great for the price, and this one is a great choice
5/5

The fact that this is available on AmazonBasics amazes me. What the hell is it doing $60 or $80 on specialty sites for a cast iron ball with a handle? Although those may really be worth the extra money, I'm just an old lady (age 56) who wants to work out at home and I'm not interested in competetive workouts, nor do I care what color it You can hold the handle very easily, and there is enough room to hold two things at the same time Hold with one hand (medium or large gloves in women's sizes). The handle isn't slippery and there isn't an annoying seam to get in the way, although you might want to use chalk during long workouts. Its small size makes it easy to manipulate and it stays upright when you set The 15-pound starting weight is plenty heavy for me, so that's what I decided to use for my first workout. While I could probably use more weight for kettlebell swings and less for upper arm exercises, I think this 15 lb set is a decent compromise and does the trick.

Kettlebell Magic - it's time to experience it! The Black Beauty kettlebell does what it says on the tin, is a very high quality, no-frills, no complaints kettlebell that knows you can crush it
5/5

This is a must-see for anyone. If you want to get started with an "at home" fitness routine, a kettlebell is a really good choice because you are not going to need much equipment to get a good workout, get a good pump, and make progress with it. You're really right! In addition, if like me you have only used standard barbells, dumbbells, and weight machines for training, I highly recommend that you discover the benefits of using kettlebells as an addition to your regular workout routine. YouTube has plenty of videos on kettlebell safety that you can watch. When it comes to discovering the kettlebell magic I definitely give it a thumbs up! Earlier this year, I broke one of my limbs This is my first time standing dumbbell press PR at 72, and it is directly related to the fact that I have just started using my 35lb kettlebell in my weekly routine and working in new ways to work my core, arms, and upper body. The kettlebell is a great way to stay healthy and fit throughout our lives from teenager to elder, and discovering it as a loyal and effective ally on our life-long fitness quest is a great idea! It's up to you. Choosing this brand, you will not be disappointed.

It's a freaking cannonball with a handle welded on
5/5

But that's not to say it's bad for the price. Kettlebells are just like any other weight. In addition to this, Amazon sells 'em for a lot cheaper than any other brand that gives this level of value. There's no need to download anything The weight was true to size, nicely finished, and did not have any burrs. I only have 1 (minor) complaint regarding the handle, as it's smooth rather than textured as advertised. If you get sweaty hands during your workout you might have difficulty with it getting slippery, although I wear gloves when I lift so that's no big deal for me.

The kettle bell is great
5/5

The kettle bell is great. Kettle bell exercises are working great for me in my efforts to fix my Diastasis Recti - 30 lb is a good weight for me. In terms of my physical condition, I'm not in the best of shape at 5'2 and 110 pounds. There are 75 kettle swings I can do with this one - I'll do five sets of 15 each and then two sets of 30.

It's hard to beat the price on cast iron kettle bells with flat-topped - Here we are! wanted a kettle bell because I didn't want to go to the gym so that I could stay active at home without having to devote a lot of time to it
5/5

While shopping for kettle bells, the process of researching through tons of different brands was just too complex for me. is the best at this because it is consistently making a product that pleases a large number of people. There's no snobbery with me when it comes to kettle bells This is where the AmazonBasics kettle bell shines. I was looking for the most basic piece of exercise equipment for a fair price. The weight is flat on the bottom, has a smooth handle, and it's at a reasonable price! What more could you ask for? This to me is a complete success, and I am sure it will be exactly the same for you.
