A set of spacer plates is included that are almost weightless. A separate purchase is required for the weighted plates. It is important to note that the handle and base weigh 15 pounds and 5 pounds respectively.
There are also 6 1/4" diameter and 7/8" thick spacers available from Fitness Gear (Dick's Sporting Goods' house brand). A kettlebell with a diameter that matches the base plate could also be used. Those spacer dimensions match the standard dimensions of my Weider 5 lb There is a noticeable difference between the diameter of my Fitness Gear 5 pound plates and the ones from other brands.
This is where the spacers come in handy. Screwed into the bottom plate is a screw that By using spacers, the additional weight is kept in place. The added plates would be free to move during exercise if they did not have spacers.
There is about eight inches of height on top and around five and a half inches on the bottom. The circumference of the animal is 4 inches.

We have had very good results with one in particular. I broke the little plastic piece attached to the rod/screw that holds the weights on the other bell the second time I used it. My heart broke when I discovered that I would not be able to use The return window for Amazon has expired by three days. I am trying to find out how to contact the seller to find out if they can replace it or if I am on my own.
Four of them are due on Monday Even with 10lb plates on it (which you're not supposed to), my kettle bell is holding up just fine. Granted, I am not a mystical kettle bell master from the USSR, but I use it at least twice a week for my workouts. It's the right size and it does what I need. I could not afford or have space for a complete set.
It stinks to change out. In my fixed KB collection, there was a lot of space being consumed. I bought this device to try it out. So I decided to use a pile of 1 inch 10lb plates I had not been using before. The little discs you see on the picture are just the spacers that keep the racks from being destroyed. Weight 20 lbs. No additional plates are needed because the handle is 15 lbs and the base is 5 lbs, so you have 20lbs. I do not see any protrusion on the bottom of it, so it sits flat on the floor. In this case, the part that It's all about the main It sucks to change plates mid-workout, and it sucks to be double sucked mid-workout. If you use 50 pounds and want to add a plate to make it 60 pounds, add two plates. It's time to stop working out. To flip it over, turn it Undo the bottom if the screws are too tight. It can then be balanced with the discs and plates sliding While adding a plate, make sure the holes are lined up. You may need to tighten it again. This has taken you a lot of time and effort. Now you have a slow heart rate. As you cool off, you become more relaxed.
Another issue with this system is that it does not support multiple users. It is not intended to be used for cleans or racks. As opposed to a static, round KB, it has a completely different shape with 10 lb plates. As a result, this is used exclusively for swings where I have no plans to change it As for the 5lb plates, that was not my plan for getting the weight that Also, the metal part that ties at the bottom will not stay tight. You will just be able to fit your fingers into the recessed indent, and the finger right won't be able to There is no problem with weights falling off or anything of that sort, but the handle comes loose and the weights When I tap the bottom piece with a hammer, it is covered in plastic and damages the surface. In my plan, I plan to just load it with 50 or 60 pounds and leave it set up in that manner. The reason I bought it in the first place kind of defeats its purpose.
My trainer and I have been using it remotely for two months now and we are very satisfied. It is wide and comfortable to use, and I am able to do all my exercises with it with good results. The process of changing the weight takes a hot second, so it does take some forethought. Since there is so much garbage on the exercise market, there is much excitement when finding something that won't fool you. *Please note Unless you have a set of standard 5lb bar weights, this should work. If not, you will have to buy them separately.
The design may not be ergonomic, but it will do the job. Despite the fact that there are many negative reviews regarding the lack of weight plates, I think the fitness facilities are great- According to the product description, it comes with a pair of spacer discs that can be easily replaced with standard weights, which can be purchased Plates/discs are easy to remove or add, and they seem to stay in place firmly. The last one has not come flying off yet, at least. Because I am used to using regular kettlebells at the gym, having a large handle when using relatively light weights is confusing to my muscle memory, but I can get used to it. Swinging with a large handle is the only way to really notice it When you do carries, goblet squats, and heavy DLs, it really doesn't matter.
In just over a year of use (15 minutes per week with 20 lbs of weight) the kettlebell broke. We discovered that the triangular piece holding the weights to the center axle is connected to the axle with only three small spot welds. My suggestion would be to have a screw to hold the bolt firmly in place. I have to mark it as not very good for flimsy construction in a key part and a lack of post-purchase support, regardless. Amazon doesn't support the product after a year, and the manufacturer doesn't seem to even have a website.
Firstly, I want to say this is an excellent product. It is sturdy, has a nice metalized feel, is easy to grip, and is constructed from durable materials. Though it's a larger size in my opinion, I like the fact that it can be modified for more weight plates, which is a huge plus in the eyes of my family. It's heavy, easy to hold, and does what it's supposed to do. Cons The bell is bulkier than some other brands. Additional weight plates can be added (only one 5 lb plate is included with my order)
Pros The bell has a lot of advantages over It is necessary to tighten the bottom nut sometimes when it comes loose with use. Specifically, I've carved out a small workout space in my home, and I found this to be a great addition.
Overall, I thought this was a pretty decent product. The concept of variable weights was neat. I have not tested the handle with all weight allowed so I cannot say what its strength is. I would have liked to see a more pronounced thread on the post holding the weight stack to the handle of the kettle. This has caused me to not test at my full capacity yet. Other than that, I like the idea There are no rough castings on our product, which is also good as it aids in grip. The surface is slightly textured, which makes it easy to grip.
