It is inexpensive

There is a slight wobble in the "tire" when it rolls, and the center of the wheel is not perfectly concentric. There is a loose handle bar and it slides from side to side, but it works anyway. This is good enough for the money.

It is definitely worth checking out

This exercise is one of my favorites. The roller rolls smoothly, and it is very worth it. Although it does not appear that the handle is made out of much material, I am not very I just wanted to point this out.
