I'm content with a score of 40. I've had the 40 for a year and it's been very useful. If you have the space and desire, go for the 50. The 50 was available at the gym where I used to go, and I took advantage of it, but I'm happy with what I have now.
Yes. There's also a ground anchor included. I used masking tape to mark the 20' mark. It's as simple as putting the anchor in the ground and it'll work perfectly. It comes with a nylon sleeve that protects it from deterioration.
They're weighted, to be sure. This rope will give you an excellent workout.
Several of these ropes are in my possession. I just wrap a tree in some of them. I use the supplied anchor by looping a cord through it and then slipping the ropes through the loop extension.

This battle rope appeals to me quite a bit. It's comfortable to hold, heavy, and feels extremely long lasting. I read other reviews where people expressed regret for not purchasing a shorter rope. I decided to go for the 30' rope after seeing that. My wife, son, and I have all used it, and I wish I had purchased the larger rope. Get the 40' or 50' ropes as a favor to yourself. Don't waste your time with the 30'; you'll wish you'd gotten one that was longer.
I chose this rope after a lot of thought and research. Others advised me to go with 40' rather than 30', reasoning that it would be easier to fashion a fix for a too long rope than to be left wishing the rope was longer. It turned out to be just right; it's both challenging and enjoyable to use. The rope itself, as well as the casing and handles, appears to be very durable and well made. As of now, an anchor consists of two heavy dumbbells (each weighing 40 pounds). Some people recommend heavier weights, but as a 5'2" lady, I find that the lighter weights are sufficient for me.
The outer sleeve is usually missing from most ropes, which is a letdown. The sleeve will significantly extend the rope's life by preventing it from snagging on concrete burrs or premature wear. I also like the form-fitting handles because they are easy to grip and can be used in a variety of ways. These will make you as happy as they make me.

As a personal trainer, I was given the 50-foot rope - it's a monster. I'm thinking about getting a 40-foot rope for my lighter-weight clients as well. It's simply the best, and I've tried well over a hundred different rope models. The cover and sleeve are stunning - It's been subjected to constant abuse for the past year and a half and still looks brand new (albeit a little dusty due to the Arizona climate). The handles are ideal, and the 50-foot rope is heavy enough for two people to use one end at the same time when properly anchored. Excellent product, well worth the money - I don't believe I could have found a better rope for the price.
Wow. Great product; after only 5 minutes of tinkering with this battlerope, I feel like I've spent an hour on my arms and back. You can always knot it to make it shorter if it's too long. Because I use this outside, I haven't used the mounting bracket, but the bracket and hardware are both solid. The grips are well attached, and the sheath is made of a tough material because I just looped it around a 4x4 post and it hasn't chafed yet, which is a pleasant surprise. The product was excellent, and it arrived in good condition.
I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas, and I won girlfriend of the year hands down. He is a huge fan of them. He, like the majority of the others here, did not use the wall anchor and instead wrapped the ropes around the back of another piece of equipment, which worked perfectly. He competes in Ironman races, marathons, and boxing, among other things, and he claims that these ropes kick his a** despite all of his hard work. It's difficult to find something that has that effect at this point, so if you're looking to add to your equipment arsenal, these are a great option.
