That is an excellent query. It is approximately 35-minutes long. 40 lbs. That was a bit of a mouthful, but this is a high-quality product that is well worth the price difference, so I hope that helps.
Concrete bolts are included in the package. I drilled holes in the wall with wood screws that I already had on hand.
Yes, the material is polyester.
There aren't any exercises I'm aware of that don't require the use of an anchor. The anchor that comes with this set is not something I use. To ensure that I don't drag my kettlebell around my yard, I tie my ropes to a heavy kettlebell and place additional weights in front of it.br>br>You might be able to tie it around a tree, but you'll still need to figure out how to keep the ropes from jumping up and down.

If you want an aerobic workout, the 5" ones are better, while the 2" ones are better for increasing strength. So. I chose the 2" because I wanted to strengthen my forearms and didn't care about the aerobic benefits (I already get enough of that from sports). br>br>However, these are quite substantial! We use them as part of a Tabata protocol with a 20-second exercise duration (per segment). We couldn't do anything significant for longer than 10 seconds when we first got these. The 2" may still be appropriate for you if you are a fairly powerful athlete. If you're a regular person who wants to improve your aerobic fitness, and wishes for a longer exercise period - get the number one 5" versions are available.
Before purchasing, I spent hours researching to ensure that I got the best quality at the most convenient price point. I can't get away from these. The only complaint I have about this product is that the string that comes with it is a little thin, which makes transporting the rope a little difficult due to its weight. Overall, there is nothing else on the market that compares to everything that is included, as well as the durability of this battle rope. I'm completely blown away!.
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so for this product because it was well packaged when I received it. There was no damage to the box, and it was a heavy-duty box as well. What I liked best about it was that it came with everything you need to get started in one bag. Yes, you will receive a bag in which to store your ropes. Since I live in the country, I've been using these ropes outside, and they've held up admirably. I finish by wiping the outer protective rope wrap with a damp cloth, drying it, and then storing it in the bag provided. My children (15 and 10) enjoy working out with them as well. I like that they included a training sheet, an anchor, and straps to connect them to whatever you want. Each of the straps and anchors costs $15. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I hope you will read this and decide to buy these ropes.
VERY. The rope is even in thickness and has a thick protective cover. br>The handles are well-made and do not feel like cheap shrink wrap wrapped around a heavy hose. br>The carry bag is ideal for storing or transporting your belongings. I keep towels and other items in it as a carry bag. br>br>Once you've got it, uncoil it by laying the rope all the way out. The natural loops it wants to form from being coiled in a box will be released as a result of this. Attach it to a mount, dumbbell, or hollow block using the straps. I'm going to affix the mount to a 4x4 post buried at the end of my patio, among other things. br>br>This battle rope setup is of the same high quality and features as some of the more expensive competitors. br>br>Aside from that, it's a decent rope. It comes with a great cover and accessories, making it a complete setup for a very low price; I have no regrets. It's possible that my body is experiencing something different. But at the very least, the money I saved from not buying an overpriced rope can be put to better use.
This is an excellent battle rope in general. I bought a 30' x 1' x 1' x 1' x 1' Because of the size of my indoor gym, I chose a 5 inch rope. This rope is the ideal finishing touch for your setup! br>br>The rope is strong and durable, but it is a little lighter than I had hoped. The box was only 19 pounds in shipping weight. The rope, shipping box, interior bag, connection straps, and hardware weigh a total of 5 pounds (as shown in the photo). After subtracting all of that, I'm guessing the rope weighs only 17 or 18 pounds, which isn't too heavy. I wish I had purchased the 2-pack in retrospect. inch rope for a little more weight, but that's my fault, not a criticism of this particular rope. br>br>With the exception of being a little lighter than I had hoped, this is a good quality battle rope that is ideal for my wife and children. It's well-made and not overly stiff, so it oscillates nicely when in use. The rope is encased in a thick nylon sleeve that protects it from being slammed to the ground when in use, ensuring that it lasts for a long time. Also noteworthy are the handles. They're made of a non-flammable material. Even when you're sweating profusely during a workout, the slip rubber provides excellent grip. It came with concrete anchors for mounting, but no means of attaching it to a wall. That isn't the end of the world because I was able to get the necessary mounting hardware at Home Depot for only a few dollars. It was very simple to set up and only took a few minutes. The anchor is well-made and durable. Overall, this is an excellent battle rope. br>br> Any home gym will benefit from having it.
