They haven't ripped or even made a stitch popping sound yet. It's well-made. I'm 225 pounds of mostly lean muscle, and I put these to good use. This is an excellent product.
I didn't wash them because I didn't think it was necessary. Even after a lot of use, they still look and smell great.
The padding is excellent in my opinion.

I use the ab straps from my tower to do leg raises in the garage. This enables me to target my lower abs, which are notoriously difficult to target with most ab exercise variations. The straps are comfortable and long-lasting, and the design is unique, adding a splash of color to my gym. They're comfortable, which means there's no rubbing or friction on my triceps when I'm doing sets. I would recommend these straps because the price is unbeatable.
I'm really looking forward to getting these. I recommend keeping them close to your body, towards your torso/armpit, rather than farther towards your elbow, because they seem to hold up just fine with strict movements or something with more of a swing. It's simple to put on and adjust, and there are no visible stitching issues. For the price, I would strongly recommend it.
So, my initial thought was that these wouldn't work and would be excruciatingly painful for my arms, but boy was I wrong. It's small, but there's enough padding on the inside to keep your arms from hurting. Simple to work with. Very well done. I'm glad I came across these instead of purchasing yet another piece of leg-lifting equipment.
These were purchased in order to perform hanging leg lifts. I'm not a big fan of hanging leg lifts. With the hanging and lifting, there is a lot going on. The straps, on the other hand, are sturdy if you have somewhere to hang them. If you don't like hanging leg lifts as much as I do, they make great behind-the-back exercises. the- For sexy times, wear head leg stirrups.
This is an excellent ab workout! Much more durable than the ones I had with Velcro straps. These guys are also lower, making it easier to reach up and use them! My entire abdomen is aching! Amazing!.
This is precisely what I had hoped for! I bought a pull-up bar so I could hang and do leg lifts, but my grip isn't strong enough, and after 5 leg lifts, my hands start to slip. If only I could lift my legs without losing grip strength in my hands. oh my goodness; a solution! br>br>For the first time, I used it and was able to easily perform up to 30 leg lifts. The next day, I was in excruciating pain, and even a sneeze knocked me out. br>br>I'd say it was a success!.
Only a small amount of adjustment is possible. I don't think you'd want any more because they'd make things more unstable. (If you want a platform that is more unstable, use -) Some people do this because it engages more muscle groups - Gynmastics rings might be a better option. ) I believe it can be safely used by people up to 6'6" tall; However, I'll defer to people who are taller than me on whether or not that is correct. When I use it, I don't notice any of the seams biting into my arms. br>br>Padding was acceptable. br>br>The construction is extremely sturdy. When I first started using it, I was around 210 pounds. There hasn't been any strain on the materials that I've noticed. br>br>As for whether they're effective, they're similar to gym-available "roman chair" devices, but because the platform is slightly unstable, they recruit more core muscles. This did not sit well with me. Holding my entire weight under my arms causes my arms to hurt. On the sides of my arms, it's a lot more uncomfortable. Perhaps it's because I don't have a lot of upper-body strength. I'm 5'6" and weigh 155 pounds. I'm not in bad shape, but I can't do a pull-up.
