You are not one of them. You return this product to its original location and search for another. The design is obscenely cheap and illogical. The handle will be easier to attach to the rod if you use running water. You won't be able to keep the foam handle from rubbing against the hard plastic wheel, though. The soft handles will fray and degrade on both ends after only a few uses, and the wheel will wobble on the rod.
Don't do the 1/2 inch at a time method because it will take an eternity. Create a light oil film on the post with a very small dab of kitchen oil (I used olive), and the grip will slide on in seconds with little effort. Do not use too much oil, or it will leak and not stay on. It doesn't take much to get started.
There is no weight limit, and you can contact support@n1fit if you run into any issues. The weight is evenly distributed across the entire surface.

Updated: REDEEMED! I was ecstatic to receive this today in the mail. The box had already been opened, and these were the only items inside ssso. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. br>When N1Fit saw this review, they emailed me to express their MORTIFICATION. As a result, they sent me a free Ab Roller as well as free push-up bars! br>I really like the ab roller. I don't have to take off my wedding band or engagement ring because the grips are so comfortable and cushioned (but not too much). The wheel spins smoothly, but it remains difficult to control. br>When I first saw the pushup bars, I had no idea how useful they would be until I tried them! These give your basic push-ups a boost!br>The shipping error wasn't N1Fit's fault, but they made it right and gave me the chance to try their products!.
So it appears that not all ab wheels are created equal. This was purchased as a low-cost wheel to take on trips. I wanted something small and light, and I've had wheels that fit the bill in the past, the most recent of which is now lost in Japan, where I left it to make room for more souvenirs. br>This appeared to meet my requirements, and I got it for $5 less than the now-native Japanese; I should have just bought the same model again. br>While the majority of the construction appears to be sturdy, the stupid handle is difficult to get on and off, making assembly and disassembly a chore. When I'm traveling, I want to be able to pull out a wheel, put it together, use it whenever I want, and then break it down and store it with minimal effort; I don't want to spend 5 minutes putting it together, splashing water on it to help it along, and then another 10 trying to wiggle the handle back off. br>If you only intend to put it together once and leave it that way, this will suffice. Spend the extra $5 or so for a model with better handles if you plan on disassembling it for storage. br>I should have read some of the other reviews/comments, but I didn't expect this to be that different from my previous one. It was a good lesson.
I'm 220 pounds and am having a great time bulking up. I purchased this in order to strengthen my core while strength training. It's simple to put together (just a drop of water on the rubber grip and it'll slide right on). So far, it's been able to support my workouts at the weight I've mentioned. This exercise reminded me of how difficult it is, but it still works well. Every time I use it, I'm in excruciating pain, and I'm slowly building strength to increase the length of how I roll and the number of reps I do.
This ab wheel works well, but attaching the handle was a nightmare. Water helps, but it's still difficult; however, I'll keep this in mind for future use because it's very effective. When doing exercises, one of my issues is that the grips move left or right. The wheel also moves as a result of this. The only thing that keeps it in the middle is the grips. I'll need to reposition them. It is, however, sturdy. I liked it better than some of the cheaper ones I've tried. The handle is also quite soft.
It works the abs and upper body very well. It took me a while to put the rubber over one of the handles, but that's not a big deal if you think of it as part of your workout. br>br>I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
A metal rod, a plastic wheel, and two cushioned hand pads are all included in this package. One hand pad is already attached to the metal rod, and the other must be added after the wheel is installed. I found it difficult (if not impossible) to properly attach the second hand pad to the metal rod. Furthermore, the plastic wheel was of lower quality than I had anticipated, and I expect it to break down after a few uses.
IT'S EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, AND YOU'LL FEEL THE BURN! I've been looking for something like this. This was especially important now that the gyms have closed and I'm exercising at home. I'd never had one before, but my gym has one, which I use every time I go, so when they closed, I realized I didn't have one at home and had to purchase one. I put this together as soon as I received it, and let me tell you, it was incredibly simple to put together. So this is a fantastic addition to my at-home workouts, and I adore how easy it is to disassemble and reassemble. When I return to the gym, I'll bring this with me so that I have my own, especially since I'm trying to avoid contact as a precaution due to Covid. This has greatly aided in the strengthening of my core, and I will never stop using it. Also, my gym's ab roller wheel had shorter handles, whereas this one has longer handles, which is exactly what I needed. Every time I use this, I get sore, but it always works! Amazing product at an affordable price. br>br>This is my absolute favorite ab/core workout equipment, and I highly recommend it!.
It was ready to use as soon as I figured that out! It was put to use almost immediately after I received it, and it has held up for the past few months of my children and me using it almost daily! Whether I use it for one minute or ten, I feel my core stretching and muscles being used! It's a great little piece of exercise equipment to have at home!.
