Questions & Answers
Valslides are available at my gym, but I'm not a fan. These are not available anywhere else for the price I paid for them. This is a product that I would recommend to everyone.
Core sliders are designed to be worn on the ball of your foot or the heal of your hand, so unless the reviewer's ball of foot or heal of hand is larger than 7", this product should provide an excellent core workout. I do my workouts with a 6'6" size 13 man. He wears a size 5 shoe and has no trouble wearing sliders.
To keep customers up to date, each shipment of sliders now includes a pre-printed guide. Following purchase, each customer will receive an email with a link to a PDF download.
They will work without a hitch if the concrete floor is very smooth. We wouldn't recommend buying them if the floor is untreated standard concrete.

I'm not a big fan of rigorous core exercises. I'm in my mid-twenties and I'm looking for a job a middle-aged woman who wanted to improve her workout without having to switch between carpeted and bare-floored rooms to mix things up. br>I discovered that the disks allowed for consistent and efficient movement. I've had a lot of fun trying out the new exercises in the e-book. Even a senior citizen like myself can enjoy a good book. I've noticed a difference since adding the core exercises to my routine. I'd like the option of a larger disk because I use it a lot with a flat foot for skating movements, and a slightly larger disk would be more comfortable for me.
br>br>How do I get started? These are incredible. They're extremely versatile, and my favorite way to use them is on a gym mat or on carpet with the shiny side down. I like how easy it is to carry (the cane comes with a pouch) and take it with me wherever I go. I used to bring mine to the gym all the time. This is an excellent way to increase the intensity of your workout. It's a great way to add variety to your workouts and keep you from getting bored. These were seen by my friends at the gym. They had a great time putting it to the test. They said they'd never seen anything like it before, which was amusing. Later on, one of my friends, who is a big guy, 6'0, told me that he had never felt so sore from working out before and in such a short amount of time. It was only for two minutes that he used it. Overall, I'd suggest adding these to your workout routine.
Other than the ones I mentioned, I'm sure there are plenty of other creative ways to tone your body with these. This is how I put them to work for me:
Core: Kneel on all fours, place your hands on the sliders, and slowly slide out until you can no longer hold your position, then slowly pull back into place. To avoid putting pressure on your lower back, make sure you keep your belly button pulled up towards your spine the entire time! Inner Thighs (Br>Inner Thighs (Br>Inner Thighs (Inner Thighs ( Place your feet on the sliders and stand there. Slowly push both feet apart at the same time, only going as far as you feel comfortable with while maintaining your balance, then simultaneously pull both legs back together. You should be able to feel this in your inner thighs. br>Aerobic Crawls are a type of crawling that takes place in the absence of oxygen. Each slider should have its feet in the middle. To get off the floor, stretch out and place your hands on the floor beneath your shoulders. Pull your feet on the sliders towards your arms to pike up. Stretch your arms out again, but this time walk forward with your hands instead of your feet. When you're in a horizontal line with the floor pike up, stretch out again. Continue crawling forward in a straight line.
I've tried a few of the exercises on the website. The discs are fantastic. I tried a few of the exercises from the free guide that came with the package, and they definitely put your muscles to the test! I have a lot of Cathe Friedrich's DVDs, and while I haven't tried one yet, they don't damage my hardwood floors, which was my main concern. I compared this product to others based on reviews, and I don't disagree with everyone's opinion. They'll be an excellent addition to my workout regimen!.
Exactly as shown in the picture. I use these every morning for 15 minutes and they do exactly what I wanted them to do: make me sweat. I initially found it difficult to use, but I noticed that it includes an easy exercise flyer as well as free exercise videos. When I say free videos, I'm not referring to CDs; instead, I'm referring to a piece of paper that contains information on how to access free workout videos. If you don't know how to use it or if it's too difficult to use, please don't leave a negative review. Take your time and read everything that comes packaged with your Amazon order. If it's too difficult, start with simple beginner exercises and work your way up to the more difficult workouts.
These tiny sliders are fantastic! I was throwing frisbees, but the ridge on the frisbee was extremely irritating. These look best on a short rug or carpet. I'm not sure how well they'd work on hard surfaces. br>These assist me in maintaining proper lunge form, recruiting more muscle, and providing a greater challenge to my legs. Your booty will be on fire the next day if you combine regular lunges with curtsey lunges! You don't even have to put on any weight (though you could if you wanted to). I've used them every other day since I bought them. Mountain climbers, pike planks, and glute bridges are some of my favorite exercises to do with them.
These sliders are excellent value for money; they appear to be well-made and durable; however, it appears to me that some of the reviewers on this site used them incorrectly and then wrote negative reviews about them. On hardwood/tile, the black side should be used, and on carpet, the plastic side. If you scratched them or your floor, it's either because you used them incorrectly and put the plastic side on your hard floors, or because you have rocks in your carpet.
Thank you for your prompt response. 5- Keep up the excellent and prompt service. br>br>This product is superior to the Elite Core Sliders that I use at my cross-fit gym. on a regular basis at the fit gym (Irvine, CA). I have had no problems using them on hard floors and carpet (they are not designed to work on rubber surfaces). Whether you use both sliders at once or just one at a time during your workout, you will get a great core workout from this product. Use one slider to do the Arm Walks and Body Saws while crossing your feet/legs (one over the other). IT WAS COMPLETELY VALUE FOR MONEY.
