Questions & Answers
They curve up, and I prefer them to flats because of their size.
They've been in use for a year and, despite the polling, they're still working fine, so there's no need to replace them.
I don't believe so, at least not to the best of my knowledge.
On a concrete floor, I'd wear the booties. They will scratch themselves if they walk on concrete without booties. I don't wear booties because my floors are carpeted.

The most delicious sliders you'll ever taste. I'm on day 51 of 80DO, and I've been doing it on a shoestring budget. a set of sliders These are MAJOR TURNS IN THE GAME! It was well worth the money.
I ordered these instead of going through Beachbody directly because their shipping costs are so high. I originally ordered a different pair of cheaper sliders from here and they were terrible, so I returned them. The space is insufficient. These are larger and can be used on carpets and rugs, as well as hardwood floors.
They were essentially low-cost furniture movers, and some of the moves required them to stand on both feet. I took the plunge and bought these, and I'm so glad I did! These are truly incredible! They glide beautifully without being too slick, and they're a great size. Don't waste your money on cheap slides; buy these instead!.
It. If you're not reading these reviews because you have some cheap sliders that aren't working out for you, consider yourself lucky to have found these first; they may be pricey, but if you want to incorporate sliders into your workout routine, these are the best option. I've compiled a list of the best I've come across. They slide a lot better than the cheap flat discs I started with, and I like the slight curve for when you drag the slider towards you. Each one is also large enough to accommodate both sets of toes for activities such as pike-toeing. Plank or plank with crunches is a good option. Certain moves benefit from having both legs locked together and on a single slider, and these are just big enough to accommodate that. I've used these on hardwoods and have yet to see a mark. The felt is of good quality, and mine has not pilled in months. After each use, I give the felt a quick wipe down with my towel. If I'd found these first, I'd have saved a lot of money.
My wood floors were still scratched, so I ended up putting furniture felt on the bottoms, which made them a little awkward and didn't quite match these. They're very simple to use, and my feet fit better in them. I wish they'd been available when I ordered the first pair. They're fantastic, and they're well worth the extra money!.
These appear to be expensive for what are essentially purpose-shaped frisbees with a fabric cover, but you'll be stumped if you try to find something better suited for a lower price. You might be able to achieve the same results by putting together actual frisbees with some sort of fabric cover, but I'm sure you'd have a hard time doing so. br>br>To summarize, I don't use these for any sort of "system," but I do use them for a variety of sliding floor/body weight exercises. Because of the larger size and fabric cover, I can easily perform any ground sliding exercise on my hardwood floors. The fabric may eventually wear out, but so far it has held up well.
If you're considering purchasing less expensive slides, think twice. Just get the ones with the beach body! You'll eventually return to buy the beach body ones. They are extremely effective. I like this one a lot more than the others I've tried. And they do such an excellent job with you!.
Beach Body has been a part of my life for a long time. Last year, I embarked on my first round of the 80-day obsession and purchased a set of inexpensive bands and sliders. The bands were fantastic, but the sliders were a different story. It was sometimes difficult to keep them under the feet even on completely flat surfaces. I dreaded nearly every slider exercise throughout the program because I was constantly fumbling with the sliders. I decided to run through the program again, and as soon as I had to use the cheap sliders again, I remembered how annoying they were. I decided to treat myself and order these, and they are far superior. They're a little pricey in my opinion, but they're a lot more convenient to use. Instead of being flat, they have a slight curve to them, which helps your foot stay in place. They're also bigger than the Amazon sliders, which are cheaper. The only part I'm not sure about is the cloth cover (which can be removed). It appears to be wearing thin already. . . so we'll see how long it lasts. I'm confident it'll last at least until the end of the show. With this set of sliders, I'm getting a lot more bang for my buck. As a result, I consider the upgrade to be worthwhile.
