Questions & Answers
I chose the one that is wider and shorter because it better fits my five-foot stature. The narrower and longer ones can usually be found in most gyms.
There were no options when I placed my order; only the small was available.
It's a hard board that matches the top in color. However, it is held in place by a black band that runs along one end. It performs admirably. It's also extremely cozy.
It has the same thickness regardless of which way the words are facing.

For my circuit group training class, I bought 5 ab mats. Because each item was individually boxed, the shipping was of high quality! I put it to the test, and it's fantastic! Crunches, reverse crunches, straight leg raises, and other back exercises are all made easier with this brace. It's particularly appealing to me because of the stretch! It has a high-quality feel to it. These are going to take a beating, I'm sure!.
This is an excellent accessory for core training. It has a wide range of motion that allows you to target all of your abdominal muscles. It helps support my lower back, which I appreciate. I've only had it for a day, but I've already tried sit-ups, crunches, leg lowers, and side crunches on it, and I'm really enjoying how it complements my workout. Pad is firm but soft enough to be comfortable. **I changed my rating from 5 to 4 because the company offered me a free jump rope in exchange for reviewing their product, and I had to send them my order number and a link to my review. That's what I did, and now they're asking for photos of the warranty card, proof of the free offer, and photos of my order, among other things. They received my review and are now making it too difficult to receive the free gift. It's ridiculous. It's not worth a jump rope for all that effort. Sorry.
I've never seen one like the small, but I have a short torso and find it difficult to get full range of motion with an abmat (can't get my shoudlers to touch the floor). This one is a little shorter than most, but it's also a little thicker, so there's more of an arch from which to sit up. For myself and the other shorter girls at the gym, I believe it will be an excellent option.
34yrs/4'10/F/140lbs/beginner level/no existing back problemsbr>br>If crunches/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/sit-ups/ If you have back pain from doing push-ups, this will undoubtedly help. Its sole purpose is to provide back support, which it successfully accomplishes. I don't mind the firmness because that's why I bought it in the first place. I'm only doing about 100 crunches a day on it, mind you. So I can't speak to how it feels during intense floor exercise, but I can say that it's a lot better than my old rolled yoga mat. It doesn't slide around or out from under me like the yoga mat did (which was my main issue with it). There were no problems with the packaging or presentation of the product. I ordered on December 31st, and it arrived on January 6th, which isn't bad. br>br>To summarize, it was reasonably priced, of good quality, and fit my needs. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their tailbone and lower back in good shape.
But, since he already had one, I chose to use it. I was blown away by how much that extra range of motion helped my stomach. Plus, I like that when I crunch on this, my back doesn't pop like it does when I crunch on a flat surface. I also use it for side crunches, and it provides that extra range of motion that allows you to work harder and deeper. (Reverse crunches also work well. ) I must admit, I was skeptical of this "pillow" at first. However, it exceeds my expectations in every way.
It does, however, require some breaking in. Because I have stage 2 spinal deterioration, I've noticed that doing ab exercises that require me to lie flat on my back on the floor puts a slight strain on my lumbar region. As a result, I decided that using a support pad would give me more range of motion while also relieving the strain. br>br>I chose this model because it was one of the most affordable I could find on Amazon (or anywhere else). The pad is quite stiff, despite the fact that it provides excellent support. The pad, for example, was so rigid that it raised my entire body off the floor by about 1/2 inch when I placed it directly in the center of my small of my back. Because I'm still working on my ab strength, this made doing ab exercises nearly impossible. As a result, I had to experiment with position to find the right level of comfort. The appears to be breaking in now, despite the fact that it is still a little stiff, after repeated use. br>br>The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of this. Nonetheless, for the price, this is a very well-made ab pad. I was not disappointed in the least.
I've been doing a lot of sit-ups without a mat for a long time, but I recently tried an "ab mat" at a local gym and was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was. When I first started looking on Amazon, I was taken aback by the prices that many sellers were asking. I found the one I tried at the gym and told myself there was no way I was paying that much money for it; I'd rather use a pillow. That's when I came across this product for half the price and decided to try it. I got the product two days ago and have been using it every day since then. I think it's even better than the more expensive mat I tried at the gym. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I'd like to express my gratitude to the seller for providing this product at a reasonable price and for delivering it to me sooner than expected. You've earned a customer for life. Thank you very much!.
I ended up ordering the small as well because my back arch isn't as defined as it should be, and the small works great with my ab exercises. I kept the regular size for stretching. Overall, I recommend this product, which comes at an excellent price. Don't bother with the free jump rope or bands they offer in exchange for a good review; they make you jump through so many hoops that it's not worth it; it's all about getting as many positive reviews as possible so that people will be drawn in to buy their product.
