Since I've wanted a shorter bar for dead lifts, squats, cleans, presses, etc. I had a ballpark figure of 8 body, but I think I need to shorten it I had a misunderstanding with my family room light fixture regarding the length of the bar. The weight of each of these 15 lbs. bags was different. He weighed 20 lbs. and was six feet tall. You can switch between exercises quickly and easily when you have two bars. When it comes to many exercises, I find the bar easier to use than free weights. I like the grip, and when I am not using it the bar fits under the sofa. I love it! You can use it at home to give yourself a workout. There is a cut in it, otherwise I would give it five stars. A cylinder opens from the top to reveal the tablet. Because of that, I don't know how a cut might be made. The cut in the bar is very small, so I wonder if it will get worse with use, so that it won't last long.

When searching for exercise equipment on Amazon, my eyes fell upon this 20 lb bar and I decided to give it a try in order to start Some people have reported their bars were shipped in a box that was ripped open upon receiving them, however mine did arrive nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed inside the factory box, plus a box from Amazon with even more padding (thanks all for your service).
