Make sure you know how big it is. It claims to be 3rd, while Ironbull claims to be second. Although the one with the diameter of 5" appears to be thicker at 3", this one comes in at 5". Despite the fact that they appear to be the same product, I believe the wholesaler is just branding it with the Ironbull logo, as they did for the other resellers as well. This is (the This would result in the number 3 ending up as 9 instead. The slot will close to 5" once the Velcro straps are firmly fastened to the opening). Also, notice that Ironbull has left out the two velcro straps to secure the pad to the body. Take a look at the 4th picture of the girl doing the squat on the ironbull listing, and consider how wide open the Are you really interested in that rolling and facing your neck, as it usually does. I know that from experience you'll want to attach velcro straps to insure the slot does not roll over and face your neck, causing the strap to slide through and strike you in the back of the *br>So save your money, get this one, and ensure that it is secured to the bar with velcro straps to ensure it does not slide around at all, and so that the bar does not slip and give you a painful back injury. Once you receive this one, you will be glad you purchased it. There would be no difference in the pad, and perhaps a better way of securing it to the bar could be used. As long as the pad is just as fast to remove should you wish to do so
A strap is probably necessary, otherwise it would not work well. Curled foam cannot detach from the bar if the strap is there to prevent it. I do not mind the velcro strap much, as it is not much of a bother.
It really doesn't matter what the straps are for
Thank you for your question. I will get back to you. Reehut Barbell Squat Pad has an inside diameter of 1", which is meant to fit 1" bars, but I am afraid it will not fit on 2" bars. It is my hope that this will

When I purchased this product, I wanted a pad for barbells so that I could do hip thrusts with comfort. As a result, I have no difficulty squatting, but the thick cushioning for the hips makes a big difference for my comfort. I suggest that it may be too thick for squatting backward, but it is excellent for cushioning my hips. I would suggest this item to anyone looking for something to add to their gym collection, as it is very thick and high quality.
This is so much better than having to use the gym's stinky tattered mat. Unlike a gym bag, it doesn't fit well in this bag because it is bulky, but it would still be difficult for them to make it thinner and thus make it less functional and comfortable. As a result, I'll be getting a larger.
My opinion is that this is an excellent product. The pain I used to get from squatting when I was in high school was a big reason for avoiding it for so long. Then, as I read about something like this, I found out it was cheap and easy to In addition to helping you place your bar at the perfect position on your shoulder, it has a notch in the middle that helps position the bar perfectly on the neck. Several people have asked me about it at the gym after I recommended it to them.
Based on the pictures, you can see that it is just as comfortable as you would expect. Its larger diameter leads to stronger rotational forces because of its higher diameter. It is absolutely true that this pad will rotate on the bar and slide off, contrary to what they claim! Straps are totally useless and can cause serious injury in case of sudden movements. In my case, I tore the straps out and replaced them with Glad Cling Wrap, which worked well. By eliminating rotation and separation, it saves time and money.
Having only used it once so far, I've decided to update my review as soon as it falls apart. **What I liked*- With tall shoulders and 6'4" height, there was more than enough room for this pad to fit across my entire shoulder area. This pad provides better comfort than the smaller wrap around pads or the bar itself. It does a better job of keeping it in place than Velcro does, and it is also stronger than velcro. My expectation was that I would feel the straps and be annoyed, but I wasn't bothered by The cons are The straps must be used to attach, so it is a bit longer than normal, but this really does not matter. The standard velcro pads would be overkill in terms of convenience but I'd highly recommend this. Due to my lack of experience with some of the more expensive products, I am unable to compare.
These barbell pads are much better than those used in the gym I go to! The ones I used in the gym before were a nuisance Everything that has touched them has caused them to fall apart and become soaked in sweat. The one I have is great, and I love having one of my own Besides being compact so it fits easily into my gym bag, it conforms to the bar perfectly, and the included straps help keep it from moving around while I perform hip thrusts (my favorite workout). My hip bones aren't at all irritated by the weight of the bar because it's firm, but just soft enough that it doesn't hurt at all. My impression of the foam so far is that it's very durable, so I do not expect it to rip easily.
There are many small pieces of equipment added to our home gym (resistance bands, rack attachments, plate holders, etc. ) but this is by far the most inconvenient and uncomfortable one. No matter how tightly you cinch the straps, the pad will not stay in one place on the bar. There's a lot of time and effort involved in trying to get the straps It is extremely painful to thrust your hips if the pad spins (which sometimes happens). This is because the buckles end up against your hips. There is a reason you don't see product pictures showing the straps in use. There is a smaller difference between what I paid for it and what I see now Nevertheless, I would still advise you to spend your money on something different (not another product that has.
A previous padding I bought elsewhere would not fit the barbell and would fall off when I used it. This barbell padding fits perfectly! I bought a barbell at home so I first bought a padding there, but it didn't fit. Therefore, I bought a second one from you guys, and this one is excellent for keeping it in place, and the straps it comes with are incredibly helpful. There's no way you can explain how this makes such a big difference during a Thanks so much for my gym bag now looking great, and shipping was so fast. And the price was so great!.
