As far as noise is concerned, this will depend on whether it squeaks. There is no longer any movement because I added some oil to the ends. It rattles, though, if you mean that. There is metal on metal engagement in this device, which makes it rattle and clang like many weight lifting devices. I hope that helps!
There is a weight of 15 pounds.
My Amazon purchase of the bar was equipped with There are a few weights that I already own. In the meantime, I recommend the 50 pound Gold's Gym Olympic plates from Amazon, which comes with four 10-pound plates 2 pounds of weights and 2 5 pound weights You can weigh things in pounds. A good price was offered to me for them.
It will fit because I have 2" weights and they are the right size

Unlike the others, it's heavy, big, and black. Something doesn't seem right about that. It works only when you pick it up. That's my only complaint. The only thing it does is force me to stare at it. It doesn't make me feel like it does or do anything. There is nowhere to put a blue tooth connection, either. What the heck.
I did not appreciate the money spent. On the black one, it looks like a 3 year old painted it with craft paint leftovers. There are a lot of slippery spots on the bar due to the poor There is a lot of side to side play/looseness in the collars due to the lack of bearings and races. The item is being sent back for a full refund, so DO NOT waste your time and money on this garbage.
Although it was difficult at the time to get a bar, I decided to keep the bar. I was inflicting injuries on my family members for 2 months and 2 weeks after the first occurrence of the metal piece. One minor incident required tearing the skin (due to the digging in too deep)
This picture was taken after a tiny metal piece fell from a bar as I was shaking it vertically to see what The customer service simply said they will not offer me a replacement and wished me a good day in response to my call for assistance. The quality control was not mentioned or any comments were made There was no need for compensation or reward - all I wanted was to be able to replace my bar with metal pieces instead of the bar. I would rather drop extra dollars to purchase something better, safer, and more reliable, so you are welcome to purchase at your own risk. I will not purchase another Cap product in the future.
The bar is great. On the dot, it weighs 15lbs. A few pros. Please continue reading. . . The Price* - There's just the right amount of knurling, not too rough and not too It looks good to be black* - Curls, skullcrushers, upright rows and overhead extensions are all possible with the sleeves - Neutral is also possible. The packaging has left it a little battered. Please continue reading. . . It was oiled up when it arrived. You should clean off the device before using it. The cons - The clamps that were advertised were not sent to me. Overall, it is a good value for the price. It would be difficult to not find a better bar for 3x or 4x this price. This price is far too high for a bar of this quality!.
In a nutshell, My gym is owned by a gym owner that is always looking to reduce expenses and eliminate the middle man around research and equipment. (I apologize to business accounts and sales managers of supply companies) These bars are perfect, and I bought them without having to tell a salesperson what I thought was best. This is perfect.
My only complaint is that I find the rotating bars to be a little loose. They have +/- 20 degrees. At the very end of the bar, the bar travels off axis by 2 inches (a little less than half an inch in Intepreting the locking rings and bar clamps that are included provide adequate support for the weight, but the screw kicks divots into the bars and scratches them. While the black looks nice, I would warn you that the paint will scratch off over time. This, in my opinion, cheapens the look of the rotating bars. It was $10 more for the chrome bar, so I opted not to go with it. Their packaging needs to be improved since mine had damage to it and was missing the bolt for one of the locking rings because I only received one. The end caps also need to be improved in appearance as mine had damage and a hole big enough to put three fingers through. My order is generally satisfactory. I had to order a new set of bar clamps which I planned on doing anyway, but other than that it's okay. For the price, this is a solid under $50 bar.
As long as I don't get in touch with customs support, it will remain at 1 Star. I was contacted by CAP on 18 February and they are sending me a replacement after some back and forth (all positive). In the event that I receive a replacement, I will update as soon as possible.
I have a lot of Cap equipment and this is by far the best. What I have observed in the other reviews is what I have known for a long time. It is hard to tell whether Cap's products are consistently good. I wanted my EZ Curl bar, and that is exactly what I got. I like it a lot I like this chair because it is well-balanced, the sleeves are just mobile enough, and the bend of the bar is perfect. This would be an excellent investment for people who are doing triceps extensions or curl variations. There's no such thing as an expensive product which is of the same quality, but this one is pretty As the saying goes, it does the job. There are a few things I want to point out, so pay attention *B. *B. - I was unable to manage the collars since they were heavy and unwieldy. A spring collar moves faster and is lighter than a steel collar. Chuck them with the screw collars after you buy them. Please continue reading. . . I can't stand how rough the knurling on my bar is The heavy sets are rough enough to injure the skin. Put a tape on your grip or be prepared for a possible painful experience. Please continue reading. . . I don't think the chrome is as good as it should be The chrome on the bar will flake off due to rough handling. You should expect these things to happen, so prepare for them and this bar will run smoothly. I've owned this bar for three years and have never had any problems. I have balanced Cap barbells before, so contact me when the bar arrives to check the balance. If you balance it at the center of the bar, you should mainly be able to get it level just by setting it up on a sawhorse. You can send it back and order another if it doesn't fit. I just wanted to let you know that my Cap EZ Curl bar is perfectly balanced.
