The package came as a 3 piece unit with a One reason I thought it was a single solid piece was the size of the package, which was not 72'x2'x2' as indicated.
As it coincides with a standard 1 inch diameter hole, it will fit any dumbbell with a 1 inch diameter hole. With Yes4all, you'll have an adjustable set that comes with one piece. It is available in a 15-inch diameter plate version as well (the heavier In your case, the fit would probably be a little looser so you might want to stay away from it. I own a set of 60 lb dumbbells from yes4all that fits perfectly on this bar
A weight diameter of 1 inch is the ideal size. Any larger, and the weights will likely be too loose and clang through the air.
The answer is no. The barbell you need for powerlifting must be a standard Olympic barbell. For accessory lifts, there is a 5 ft bar.

This was described as a 60" Standard Solid Threaded Bar when I purchased it. I found it disappointing that the online product description makes no mention that this bar is multiple pieces and requires assembly, so I must accept it as a major disappointment. After installing the pins, there is still some play in the bar, and it creeks with the weight of two 25 pound There is no point in putting anything more than 250 pounds on it if it isn't recommended. If you would like a real 2" bar, pick up another brand.
It is better to spend more money on others. This type of weight lifting bar is in my possession a number of times. The bar is a little under diameter on this one, which is more of an imitation. The clamps are too large if they are 1" in diameter. It is not possible to use barbell clamps as they normally work. In addition, the screws on the clamps that came with it are not smooth. The fit is somewhat loose so the shoes won't As a result, they are painfully slow to put on and take off. As compared to other bars that freewheel, this one has a lock on it Bringing the process to a faster pace. I have used these clamps successfully on other bars as well. The bar I am considering is not something I would buy. My money was stolen from me, and I'm sorry. Due to the diameter of the bar being a bit smaller, the weights fit sloppily again. There is a better brand out there than this one.
I had been looking for one for a while, but kept putting it off. I'm 5'0" and knew that a 7' standard bar would be too large for me, as well as the space that I did not have to accommodate It took me months and months of searching at different retailers and price points, but I finally was able to find this 5' bar which is wonderful. My main use of it is to perform deadlifts and hip thrusts, as well as a variety of presses and high pulls, and the feel is great. It has been less than a week and yet I am still trying to figure out all the different movements I can use it for. However, I am pleased with the price and am happy with the product.
I've had this item on my wish list for quite a while now and finally went ahead and purchased it when the price decreased. This is a simple solid bar with decent chrome plating that has reasonably good strength and durability A well-cast and finished piece A collar with silver plating. It takes just under 11" of space on each end of the bar (after subtracting space for the collar) to accommodate more plates than I would ever be able to curl or bench press. While the overall finish could be better, at this price point that is not a legitimate gripe. The rubber inserts that cushion the plates occasionally fell out while I was swapping plates, but that is bound to resolve itself over time as the inserts become better pressed into the grooves- If the silicone adhesive fails, it will be fixed with a bit of pliers. Ultimately, this is a great, solid bar at a reasonable.
It achieves the purpose for which it was intended. As I see you guys freaking out about the cancer warning, I wonder if you're infected. Imagine what it would be like There are hundreds of products you consume every day that might put you in the same risk, and you have never seen a warning label on any of them. In general, it's wise to watch your health, but with how we live today and all the crazy chemicals we're exposed to on a daily basis it can be pretty overwhelming. If everything had a label, we probably wouldn't So you could try other bars without the cancer-related label, but there are certain limitations. What about the safety of this product? You can't tell if there is anything hidden behind its make-up if you're not sure. As a result, you should do what's good for your health instead. Make sure you wear gloves to avoid direct contact with the bar, and wear a mask over your mouth and nose to avoid touching your skin. Keeping them away from your bedroom and dining areas in a dry, clean place is the best way to keep them intact. It's no big deal that this maker put a label on it. You won't find anything like this at the local gym, and I bet most of the equipment is as dangerous as the "bar. ".
In my last test, I dropped the crane three feet with 200 lbs on it and loaded it with 385 lbs, with maybe a little bend from when I tested the safety straps.
Although it is a bit disappointing that it only weighs 15 pounds, I will save money on shipping and I would like to use This has a diamond grip as well as rubber bushings on the collars which are very cool. This fits perfectly on my bench and doesn't take up a lot of space or stick out too far! In addition to the regular plates, it has plenty of room to add heavy ones as well. Although it works best on thin ones, most standard 1" center weights will work as well. Moreover, I also like that I can switch between barbbells and kettlebells. I need this to get my home gym up and running.
There are three pieces to the barbell An endpiece and a middle piece to lock the end pieces together are each screwed together. There are burrs on the end pieces, and the paint the company uses sticks to the metals, so the end pieces would not fit fully into the middle piece. When I finally managed to get the pieces into place, the holes were not aligned to allow me to screw in the screws. It is offered to me by one of the machinists I work with in a manufacturing plant. The surface needed to be sanded, deburred, and the screws punched in. It also needed to be repainted. I find it absurd that this product requires so much work to put together, and if I had not had the resources to put it together This bar is 5 feet tall. I am a 5'5" 130 pound female, so I think it's the perfect size. One inch dumbbell plates from a CAP adjustable dumbbell set I use are the plates After having to be processed to put it together, it works fine now. Yet another ridiculous statement.
