Even with only 11 inches of loading sleeves, the capacity of this bar is likely to be higher than you can load on it. Weights as high as 300 pounds have been lifted by me. The problem is solved with no problems.

The update is We contacted the company and they told us that it might be rusted since it came from overseas. The satisfaction is not satisfactory. * This bar arrived with some rust on it but my initial impression was that it was nice. understand there is a price difference between a new bar and an older one, but a new bar should not be rusty.
I have owned two of these bars, and use My weight bench fits perfectly on them and they seem to work perfectly.
As a result of its shorter length, the bar is great for weightlifting in small spaces. Although, the spin of the item was extremely loose, making it extremely My grip was so bad that I had to buy a tool to tighten the spin on the bar. Aside from that, the bar is rough as well. Weight lifting has been part of my life for most of my life, but I've never met a bar as rough as this one. It's no surprise that your hands are ripped. While the leather grew soft with use, I had to wear gloves for several days.
Once I got the hardware it was fine, but I shouldn't have to deal with it in the first place. As well as lubricating bearing surfaces, there was also a need for grease.
My order was for a 5 ft olympic bar, but what I received was a 7 ft It is useless to me to have this bar here. A number I used to call is always busy, and I have not heard back from them.
This bar is perfect for Olympic competition. A solid product that does its job well. Rather than a flat place to store, I have a 5" one under my bed. The clip collars were not included with it, which I find disappointing. We're all swole, so let's do this!.
There appears to be a mismatch between the center bar's measurements and the end bars' (where discs are loaded) measurement, which is 37 inches, more than 9 inches. No way can you use it on a bench that is narrow. Due to poor packing and mishandling during shipping (i. e. , mine arrived with a scratch in the center of the bar). It is Amazon and U. S. Two times I used this bar and purchased a far better bar for two and a half times the price. I would not recommend this bar, even for the low price. My bar will go to the secondhand sports store for $15 or so. ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE! GETTING SOMETHING FOR FREE IS NOT AN OPTION!.
